| Background:Intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)is a common disease of the perinatal fetus and its perinatal mortality rate is several times higher than that of normal children.The survivors may have mental,cardiac,pulmonary,hepatic,renal disease.Even grown up,adult’s susceptibility to metabolic syndrome has also significantly increased,seriously affecting the quality of the population,also exacerbating the burden on families and society.Object:To find the effects of amniotic cavity nutrient therapy on heart and lung development of IUGR rabbits..Methods:Fifteen healthy New Zealand pregnant rabbits(on the 25~thh of pregnancy)were randomly divided into control group(NC group,n=5),IUGR group(n=5),intrauterine growth retardation with nutrient group(n=5),The latter two groups’40%~50%uterine artery were Ligated to establish the model IUGR+nutrient group also under the guidance of ultrasound-guided to inject nutrients(glucose,amino acids,fat emulsion,multivitamins according to a certain percentage of configuration)into amniotic cavity for IUGR fetus rabbit nutrients treatment,pregnant rabbits on 30th days of pregnancy(30±1 full-term)cesarean section of the rabbit,measured Aberdeen born rabbits length,weight,placental weight.At the same time,the content ofdipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine(DPPC)in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was determined,and the maturation grade was graded by pathological changes of lung and heart tissue structure.The content of pulmonary surfactant protein A in lung tissue and the number of apoptotic cells was detected by TUNEL in order to investigate the effect of amniotic cavity nutrition treatment on lung and myocardial development in IUGR rabbits and provide theoretical basis for prenatal nutritional support for IUGR fetuses.Results:1.The incidence of IUGR in IUGR group was 65.63%,the incidence of IUGR in NC group was 6.67%,and the incidence of IUGR in IUGR group was higher than that in NC group(P<0.05).2.IUGR group of rabbit weight,placental weight was significantly reduced,no significant change in body length.IUGR+nutrient group fetus body weight increased compared with IUGR group,placenta,body length no significant difference.3.IUGR group of fetal rabbit lung synthesis,secretion of DPPC and pulmonary surfactant protein A relative to the NC group decreased;IUGR+nutrient group DPPC and SPA content increased compared with the IUGR group,but not as NC group.4.The proportion of interstitial lung in the IUGR group was higher than that in the NC group(P<0.05).The proportion of interstitial lung in the IUGR+nutrient group was higher than that in the IUGR group(P<0.05),but not in the NC group(P<0.05).5.The number of apoptotic cells in myocardium in IUGR group was more than that in NC group,but less in IUGR+nutrient group than in IUGR group.Conclutions:Amniotic endovascular therapy more directly on the growth and development of the fetal rabbit,it can increase the weight of IUGR fetal rabbit.Amniotic cavity nutritional therapy as an effective prenatal treatment of IUGR fetal rabbit heart and lung maturation play a role in promoting the development. |
