Objective:To explore the effects of blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis on various metabolic indicators in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to collect 150 patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy who underwent dialysis and perfusion therapy in our hospital from January to February 2018,including 74 patients with dialysis alone and 76 patients with dialysis combined with perfusion.Group, study group, comparison of general data, various biochemical indicators(hemoglobin,hemoglobin,?2-microglobulin,creatinine,urea nitrogen, uric acid, triglyceride, cholesterol),glucose metabolism indicators(fasting blood glucose,The difference of glycosylated hemoglobin and electrolyte index, summed up the influence of blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis on various metabolic indexes of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy, and reached a conclusion.Results:1.In the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, dialysis frequency, dialysis years, height, weight, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and other general data comparison, the difference is small,(P> 0.05),comparable.2.Comparison of biochemical indicators: Before treatment, the differences in serum albumin,hemoglobin,?2-microglobulin,creatinine,urea nitrogen, uric acid, triglyceride and cholesterol were not statistically significant.(P>0.05).After treatment,in addition to the deterioration of the triglyceride level in the reference group, the other biochemical indicators of the two groups were improved. The comparison between the two groups except the hemoglobin index of the reference group was significant.(P <0.05);between the groups, the serum albumin and hemoglobin of the study group were significantly higher than the reference group,?2-microglobulin,creatinine,urea nitrogen, uric acid, triglyceride and cholesterol were significantly lower than the reference group. The contrast difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group, the study group was significantly better than the reference group(P <0.05).3.Comparison of glucose metabolism indicators: Before treatment, fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were higher in the two groups, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment, the fasting blood glucose of the reference group was not significantly improved(P>0.05).Glycated hemoglobin was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group after treatment.(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups was significantly better than the reference group(P <0.05).4.Comparison of electrolyte indexes: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in total calcium, blood phosphorus and total parathyroid hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the total calcium and blood parathyroid hormone were significantly lower in the two groups. The blood phosphorus in the reference group was significantly higher. The blood phosphorus in the study group was significantly lower. The differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum phosphorus and blood parathyroid hormone in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Significantly better than the reference group,(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total calcium between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Compared with simple hemodialysis treatment, blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment can improve serum albumin,hemoglobin,;2.Compared with simple hemodialysis treatment, blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment canreduce ?2-microglobulin,creatinine,urea nitrogen, uric acid, triglyceride, cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood.phosphorus and blood parathyroid hormone level;3.Blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment can effectively improve the patient's protein metabolism index, kidney metabolism index, lipid metabolism index, glucose metabolism index, blood phosphorus, blood metabolism, parathyroid hormone metabolism disorder, optimize clinical treatment effect The value of promotion and application is high.
