Study On Evaluation Framework Of Integrated Health Care System

Purpose:Through the review and analysis about relevant literature on the evaluation of the integrated health care system,the evaluation dimensions and key indexes affecting the integrated health care system are sorted out,the theoretical framework of the integrated health care system is clearly defined,and the evaluation framework is applicable to our country is constructed,in order to provide a reference for the practice evaluation of integrated health care system in China.Contests:1.The theoretical research on the evaluation of the integrated health care system,Compare the similarities and differences of evaluation methods in previous studies,discover the basic rules,sort out the evaluation dimensions and key indexes affecting the integrated health care system,and propose the theoretical model of the integrated health care system.2.Select the evaluation indexes at all levels of the integrated health care system,propose the contents and corresponding connotation for evaluation of the integrated health care system,and build the evaluation framework of the integrated health care system.Methods:1.Literature review is used to combine the previous studies about the integrated health care system at home and abroad.Through analysis and comparison about vari-ous evaluation methods,the basic principles for evaluation methods of integrated health care system are found out,and the basic dimensions of domestic evaluation tools of the integrated health care system are summarized.2.The thematic analysis is used to sum up,sort out and refine the indexes from documents' database,and initially establish an evaluation framework of the integrated health care system.3.Delphi expert consultation is used to screen and supplement the preliminary evaluation indexes of the integrated health care system to put forward the evaluation contents of the integrated health care system and establish the evaluation framework of the integrated health care system.Results:1.Defining the theoretical model of the integrated health care system which in-cludes system integration,organizational integration,professional integration and clin-ical integration.2.Constructing the evaluation framework of the integrated health care system.Based on the principles of index selection,through themetic analysis and two rounds of Delphi expert consultations,the evaluation framework of the integrated health care system including 4 first-level indexes,25 second-level indexes,and 56 third-level in-dexes has been defined.Conclusions:The study constructs the evaluation framework of the integrated health care sys-tem including 4 first-level indexes,25 second-level indexes,and 56 third-level indexes,which is relatively appropriate and reasonable.
