Construction Of Hospice Care Ability Framework And Evaluation Index System For Oncology Nurses

Objective: This project aims to construct a framework and evaluation index system for the hospice care ability of oncology nurses in line with the clinical practice in China with a variety of research methods,and to test the intrinsic quality.Methods: In this study,through the literature research,the rooted theory method was used to construct the framework of the hospice care ability of the oncology nurses.Based on the clinical practice,the first draft of the evaluation index system for the hospice care ability of the oncology nurses was established,and then through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation method,according to the expert opinions.Evaluate the dimensions and items of the indicator system,establish an evaluation index system for the hospice care ability of the oncology nurses,and form a questionnaire for the hospice care ability of the oncology nurses,and conduct a questionnaire survey on 323 oncology nurses who meet the inclusion criteria in Jiangsu Province.The expert validity is used to evaluate the content validity of the scale.The Cronbach's ? coefficient is calculated by SPSS 18.0,and the correlation coefficient is used to test the reliability and structural validity of the scale.Results:(1)The framework of hospice care ability of oncology nurses consists of five dimensions,namely hospice care knowledge,education ability,communication ability,supportive care,and interpersonal relationship.(2)The positive coefficient of the experts is 1.00;the authoritative coefficient is 0.865.The kendall coordination coefficient W of the first-level index and the second-level index after the two rounds of expert consultation are 0.259 and 0.262,respectively,and chi-square test P <0.05.(3)The oncology nurses' hospice care evaluation index system includes 7 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators.(4)The initial construction of the oncology nurses' hospice care evaluation index system has good reliability and validity.The total Cronbach's ? coefficient is 0.982,the Cronbach's ? coefficient of each level index is between 0.747 and 0.960;the expert content validity is 0.800.The correlation coefficient between each level indicator and indicator system is between 0.803-0.909,and the P value is <0.05.Conclusion: The research on the hospice care ability framework of the oncology nurses and the hospice care evaluation index system of the oncology nurses is feasible and reliable.It can be used as a reference for the development of the hospice care curriculum and evaluation of teaching effects,and to examine the nurses' ability level for clinical departments.And continuing education provides a theoretical reference to promote professional development.
