Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Hight-Risk HPV combined cell DNA ploidy in detecting Hight grade suamous intraepithelial lesion and above lesions. Methods:Regression analysis was made on the information collected from the patients with cervical cancer or precancerosis screening in Binzhou Medical University hospital(2014.01-2016.12).299 cases received positive results in hight-risk HPV combining cervical cells DNA ploidy analysis, and 103 cases obtained positive results in combined thinprep cytologic test. All these subjects received further cervical biopsy and loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)for pathological examination. The highest disease staging from above examinations was recognized as the final diagnosis. The respective clinical values of hight-risk HPV combining DNA ploidy analysis or thinprep cytologic test TBS classification system(TCT)in HSIL+diagnosis were comparatively analyzded. Results:The overall positive prediction value of hight-risk HPV combining cervical cell DNA ploidy analysis or TCT examination for HSIL+ lesion were 58.19%and 50.49%,respectively.Positive prediction value for HSIL+ lesion increased with the increasing number of abnormal cervical DNA ploidy cells. In particular, the positive prediction value for HSIL+ lesion was 76.98%when abnormal cells>15,and then reached to 97.06%when abnormal cells>215.Conclusions:Hight-risk HPV combining cervical cell DNA ploidy analysis had similar predictive ability in HSIL+ lesion to hight-risk HPV combining TCT examination. As the number of abnormal cervical DNA ploidy cells increased, the population proportion of HSIL+ by pathological analysis elevated continuously. The positive prediction value for HSIL+ lesion reached to 97.06%when abnormal cells?215.Based on that and combined with patient condition, conducting LEEP directly without cervical biopsy was feasible.
