Objective:The purpose of this study is to detect the expression of P-PKB,P53 and high-risk HPV(HPV16/18)in chronic cervicitis tissue, low grade cervical intraepithelial lesion tissue, high grade cervical intraepithelial lesion tissue and cervical cancer, and to explore their correlation and the significance in cervical lesions. It is presumed that it may be involved in the development of CIN and cervical cancer, and to find more sensitive indicators to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.Methods:Selected patients from January 2015 to January 2018 in Lianyungang Oriental Hospital, including 35 cases of cervical cancer patients,80 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)patients(including 38 cases of low grade cervical intraepithelial lesions,42 cases of high grade cervical intraepithelial lesions),30 cases of chronic cervicitis(all hysterectomy).Comparison of P-PKB,P53 protein,high-risk HPV(16/18)expression,and analysis the relationship of P-PKB,P53 and high-risk HPV(16/18)and between the expression status of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer disease. Results: 1.P-PKB,P53 protein,HR-HPV(16/18)positive expression in low-grade cervical intraepithelial lesion, high grade cervical intraepithelial lesion, cervical cancer rates were 39.47%,61.90%,71.43%;28.95%,54.76%,74.29%,21.05%,38.10%,68.57%,were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues,13.33% 16.67%,6.7%,We speculated that P-PKB,P53 and high risk HPV(16/18)could promote the occurrence and development of cervical lesions.2.In the age distribution, low grade cervical intraepithelial lesions group and high grade cervical intraepithelial lesion group compared with no difference(P>0.05),cervical cancer group and low grade and high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group with differences(P<0.05),we speculated that age may be risk factors for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia progression to cervical cancer.3.The expression of P-PKB,P53 protein and high risk HPV(16/18)are interrelated, all of which are closely related to CIN and cervical cancer.4.The expression of P-PKB and P53 in low grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer is different, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).It is presumed that it can be used as an important indicator for predicting CIN outcome and detecting cervical cancer. Conclusion: The overexpression of P-PKB and P53 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia shows that there is a relationship between the expression of P-PKB and P53 and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and the relationship between HPV(16/18)virus infection and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer Close relationship, together with the P-PKB,P53 and there is a positive correlation between, can be used as an important indicator of cervical cancer in the clinic.
