Objective: To explore the correlation of human papillomavirus (HPV)infection and viral load with cervical lesions incidence rate and it's severity; Discuss the difference of HR-HPV viral load among the Uygur and Han females in the same stage cervical lesions and it's age distribution ; Discuss the correlation between HR-HPV load and cervical carcinoma differentiation degree, clinical Staging. Methods: 376 women in hospital with cervical disease, undergoing both HR-HPV.DNA semiquantitatively determined test by hybrid captureâ…¡(HC-â…¡) and colposcopic biopsy for histologic results were enrolled in this study. Results: 1.The HR-HPV infection rate of chronic cervicitis,CINâ… ,CINâ…¡,CINâ…¢,squamous carcinoma of the cervix were 29.7%,75.0%,89.6%,90.1%,98.5% respectively, there was a significant difference among the different stage cervical lesions(P<0.05); The median load of HR-HPV of them were0.00,38.00,184.72,347.30,675.24 respectively, there was a significant difference among the different stage cervical lesions(P<0.05), with increase of the viral load , the severity of cervical lesions are enhanced(r=0.581,P<0.05).2.The median load of HR-HPV in different stage lesions were 0.00,4.49,137.54,196.19,464.47in Uygur females, were0.00,55.50,305.87,448.80,1085.99 in Han females. There was no significant difference between Uygur and Han females in chronic cervicetis HR-HPV viral load(P>0.05),have a significant difference in CIN and cervical cancer cases(P<0.05). 3. There was no significant difference the incidence age of chronic cervicitis and CIN between Uygur and Han females(P>0.05),have a significant difference in squamous carcinoma cases(P<0.05). 4.The correlation coefficient between HPV viral load with differentiation degree and clinical Staging of squamous carcinoma of the cervix were r1=0.387,r2=0.612 respectively,HR-HPV viral load have a positive correlation with differentiation degree and clinical Staging of cervical cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion: 1.The incidence of CIN and cervical cancer are closely associated with HR-HPV infection; With increase of the viral load , the incidence rate of cervical lesions and it's severity are enhanced,it has a prediction value for cervical disease severity.2.Even though it has a high cervical lesion incidence rate in Uygur females, but it's viral load was lower than Han females in the same stage cervical lesion; The same load HR-HPV could make sevier effect than Han females.3.According to the study, the Han females cervical cancer incidence age was earliar than Uygur.4.HR-HPV viral load have positive correlativity with cancer differentiation degree and clinical Staging of cervical cancer .With increasing of the load , the differentiation degree of cancer was poor, the clinical stage was higher .
