Objective: to study the Wnt signaling pathway of antagonism type factor curly protein(sFRP1)and core factor beta serial protein(beta-catenin)in normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial lesions and cervical squamous carcinoma tissue in the expression of HPV infection in the cervical tissue, the relationship between the three between clinical and pathological features of thyroid carcinoma in cervical squamous expression. Methods: 1.Collecting the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College in 2015 01 months to December 2016,the Department of Pathology, cervical paraffin block specimens of 165 cases.Among them, there were 30 cases of normal cervix,75 cases of cervical intraepithelial lesion(LSIL15,HSIL60),and 60 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma(33 cases in I stage and 27 cases in II stage).2.The expression of sFRP1 and beta catenin in cervix lesion cells was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.3.The cervical mucus exfoliated cells were detected by conventional HPV-DNA in the above hospitals before and after the biopsy and preoperative II acquisition(HC2).4.The data were processed by SPSS22.0,and the difference was compared by chi-square test or Fisher exact probability method. The correlation was statistically analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis.P<0.05 is defined as a statistical difference. Results: 1.In the process of normal cervical tissue lesions of cervical cancer, the positive rate of sFRP-1 protein in the membrane gradually decreased(?2=27.30,P=0.00).Except for LSIL and HSIL,the comparison between the two groups was similar.Statistically significant(P<0.05).?-catenin membrane expression decreases gradually, the positive rate of ?-catenin protein in cytoplasm and nucleus was gradually increased(?2=46.062,P=0.00).Except for LSIL and HSIL,the comparison between each group was statistically significant(P<0.05).HPV infection in cervical tissues was statistically significant(2=82.737,P=0.00).In addition to LSIL and HSIL,HSIL and SCC,pairwise comparisons between each group were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The ectopic expression of sFRP1 protein and ?-catenin protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly negatively correlated(r=-0.367,P=0.004).There was a significant negative correlation between sFRP-1 protein and HPV infection in cervical cancer tissues.r=-0.334,P=0.009);The ectopic expression of ?-catenin protein in cervical cancer was positively correlated with the level of HPV infection(r=0.625,P=0.000).3.In squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix, the sFRP-1 protein had statistical significance in the degree of pathological differentiation(P<0.05),and the ?-catenin protein had statistical significance in the clinical stage(P<0.05).HPV infection was statistically significant in lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion: The abnormal expression of 2 key factors,sFRP1 protein and beta-catenin protein,in the Wnt pathway,is abnormal in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical squamous cell carcinoma. It indicates that Wnt pathway plays a certain role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.HPV infection is closely related to the process of cervical lesions,so the joint detection of the expression of sFRP1 protein,beta-catenin protein and the infection of HPV may contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and the development of targeted drugs aimed at these indicators may be a new strategy and direction for the treatment of cervical cancer.
