Objective:Healing the acellular dermal matrix and vaseline gauze dressing in medium thickness skin graft donor site,comparing the influence of two kinds of dressing on wound infection,pain,healing time,scar hyperplasia,the research has promote wound healing,reduce wound pain,inhibit scar hyperplasia for skin wound healing dressings,applied to clinical therapy.Method:From September 2015 to July 2017 of pre skin taking patients as the research object,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,selection and observation of 60 cases of patients,randomly divided into xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix dressing group(A group)30 cases,vaseline gauze group(B group)30 cases.On the day of surgery,first of all for skin wound pictures and calculate the area size,respectively,in the leather area covering xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix on wound dressings and vaseline gauze,postoperative 7 days,14 days,after using swabs for skin area wound secretion bacteria culture,again according to pain scoring criteria,observing and asking patients treatment of pain,pain score,and observing the wound healing,when the late treatment timely recording the healing time.In the six months after the treatment,a follow-up visit was conducted to observe the hyperplasia of scar tissue in the donor skin area,and the scar score was recorded according to the vancouver scar assessment scale.Result The xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix dressings with vaseline gauze group after the skin area wound treatment 7 days,14 days wound bacterial culture results,respectively: 2 cases(6.7%),5 cases(16.7%),1 case(3.3%),4 cases(13.3%),there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);On the 7 days after the treatment and the 14 days after the treatment,the pain scores were scored,respectively :(1.0±0.8),(7.0±1.3),(0.5±0.7)and(3.4±1.1),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The time of wound healing was recorded as :(13.6±2.8)and(19.4±1.5),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The score of scar hyperplasia after 6 months was :(1.5±0.8)and(6.9±1.2),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious abnormality in blood routine,biochemistry,immunity and antibody examination on the 1 day before operation and 7 days and 14 days after operation.There was no obvious systemic or local adverse reaction during the treatment.Conclusion The xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix dressings in 7 days,14 days after treatment wound pain score,and 6 months after wound healing,wound scar hyperplasia grading is superior to the traditional vaseline gauze.
