| Objectives With the improvement of people's living standards,the surgical needs for double eyelid have gradually increased,and almost all beauty seeker are pursuing surgical methods with less trauma and quicker recovery while stabilizing the effect.In recent years,some scholars have used three points minimally invasive surgery methods to achieve good clinical results[1].This article aims to investigate and analyze the postoperative effect and satisfaction of the beauty seeker with the three-points minimally invasive surgery methods and the traditional incision double eyelid surgery in the same age groups,and guide clinical application.Methods From January 2016 to May 2017,a total of 60 cases of beauty seekers were performed in our hospital.Among them,including 30 cases with traditional incision and 30 cases with three-points minimally invasive double eyelid surgery,the ages are18 to 30 years old.There were no mental diseases,diabetes,hypertension and other chronic diseases in both groups.All of them were not pregnant or menstruating,and there were no infection lesions in the eyes.Non-scar physique.Explain the difference between the two kinds of operation to all the beauty seekers before operation,ask them to choose the operation method independently,sign the informed consent letter.All the operations are carried out smoothly,by immediately following up from 2weeks to 4 weeks to 8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation,The time of operation,time of postoperative detumescence,postoperative scar and other complications were recorded.After 12 weeks of investigation,the satisfaction of the beauty seekers after surgery was compared with the data of the two groups,and statistical analysis was performed.Results All the beauty seekers healed at the first stage after operation.In the traditional incision group,2 cases of the beauty seekers showed slight scar hyperplasia changes after operation,and the scar was not obvious after six months.The operative time of the traditional incision method was?1.0±0.3?h and the minimally invasive group was?0.6±0.2?h,the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?,After the time of detumescence was compared,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the minimally invasive surgery and the postoperative swelling time were significantly shorter than the traditional incision.At the 12th week after operation,there were 4 patients in the traditional incision-operation group who had lighter lines of the eyelid and there were 5 patients had lighter eyelid lines after surgery in the 3 minimally invasive groups.The chi-square test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.There were 12 cases of bruising in the traditional incision group and 2 cases in the three-point minimally invasive group?P<0.05?.The results show that the traditional incision method is more likely to lead to upper eyelid bruising,and there is no hematoma in the two groups.The three-point minimally invasive method and the traditional incision method performed satisfactory surgical evaluation,p>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.This indicated that the satisfaction of the two operations was similar at 3 months after operation.Conclusion 1.Three-points minimally invasive double eyelid operation is a kind of operation with shorter operation time,less trauma,faster detumescence after operation compared with traditional double eyelid operation.2.The three-points minimally invasive double eyelid operation has high satisfaction,and the effect is easily accepted by the person seeking beauty.3.Three-points minimally invasive operation and traditional incision have stable postoperative effect,but three-points minimally invasive method can improve the deficiency of traditional double eyelid operation.It can be recommended to the beauty seeker when the condition of upper eyelid is suitable. |
