Objective: By testing the level of interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha levels(TNF alpha)in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease(ACVD)alone, cerebrovascular disease complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)patients and the healthy,we reveal the role, diagnostic value and pathophysiological significance of related inflammatory mediators in the mechanism of MODS induced by cerebral vascular disease. In this way,to provide theoretical and laboratory indicators for clinical early diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The subjects of the study is from the healthy subjects and the patients with cerebrovascular disease and physical examination center in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical School from July,2015 to December,2017.There were 60 cases, all of which were taken in three days, and were confirmed by head CT or MRI.The diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease is based on the diagnostic criteria of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction in the diagnosis of various cerebrovascular diseases, which was approved by the 4th national conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995.The criterion of MODS is based on a diagnosis and severity rating of MODS in the 1995 national crisis meeting. The healthy control group was from the healthy population of the hospital physical examination center, all cases were except for those who had been infected in the recent days, such as cardiopulmonary and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, and immune system diseases, with surgery, trauma and stroke in half a year. The above group were divided into ACVD group,MODS group and healthy control group. All the patients in the experimental group and normal control group were had 4ml of venous blood in the morning.Chosing the upper after centrifugal extraction, then keeping in serum-20 ? refrigerator when the testing sample size is big enough.IL-6 and TNF-alpha were tested by double antibody sandwich method(ELISA).For patients with MODS group, the NHISS score was recorded and the correlation between NHISS score and IL-6 and TNF-alpha was compared. Results: In this study, there were 45 case of ACVD in which 18 cases(40 %)of MODS were included,in which that MODS group had 16 cases of accumulated gastrointestinal tract.2.The levels of il-6 and TNF-in the MODS group were higher than that in the ACVD group and the healthy control group(P<0.01),and the ACVD group was higher than the healthy control group(P<0.01).3.The higher the NHISS score of the MODS group, the higher the level of IL-6 and TNF-alpha.Conclusion: 1.Cerebrovascular diseases can induce multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, and usually involve the gastrointestinal tract.2.Serum related inflammatory cytokines of the IL-6 and TNF-alpha significantly increased in the ACVD patients with MODS,providing theoretical basis and serological indicators for early diagnosis and prevention of clinical MODS.3.When MODS occurred, the level of the above inflammatory factors was positively correlated with NIHSS score, suggesting that IL-6 and TNF-? were correlated with the severity of the disease,so the disease progression and prognosis could be predicted.
