Objective: Based on the theoretical framework of health belief model,a phased education intervention program for patients with aortic dissection was formulated, and this health education program was carried out systematically and individualized. To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with aortic dissection after operation based on health belief model, and to investigate the influence of health belief model-based nursing intervention on hypertension self-efficacy and drug compliance of patients with aortic dissection complicated with hypertension,so as to provide a basis for more effective health education for patients with aortic dissection. Methods: In this study,60 patients who underwent endovascular aortic dissection repair in cardiac surgery of Anhui Provincial Hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number method. The control group only received routine health education. The intervention group received nursing and health education intervention for 6 months during hospitalization and after discharge based on health belief model.Patients were given SF-36 quality of life questionnaire at 6 months after discharge, and the patients complicated with hypertension were investigated by the Hypertensive Self-efficacy Scale and the Hypertensive Drug Compliance Scale at the same time.Relevant database was established and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis. Results: 1.After intervention with health belief model, the quality of life survey showed that the scores of the six dimensions of the patients, including physiological function(67.3 ±19.4 vs 53.3 ± 18.2),general health status(64.9 ±7.1 vs 54.9 ± 14.0),energy(67.3 ± 7.6 vs 58.8 ±7.5),social function(83.3 ± 11.0 vs 74.6 ± 12.5),emotional function(78.9 ± 22.3 vs 61.1 ± 26.4),mental health(81.8 ± 7.9 vs 69.0 ± 11.4),were all higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Univariate analysis of self-management efficacy score of two groups with hypertension showed that the scores of daily life(9.14 ± 1.6 vs 8.08 ± 1.1),drug therapy(8.89 ± 1.6 vs 7.08 ± 1.6),compliance behavior(8.81 ± 1.4 vs 7.69 ± 1.6),health behavior(7.30 ± 0.9 vs 6.04 ± 1.6)of intervention group were higher than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.There were 23 cases(85.19%)with good compliance in the intervention group and 12 cases(46.15%)in the control group. The drug compliance in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Nursing intervention based on health belief model can significantly improve postoperative quality of life in patients with aortic dissection.2.Nursing intervention based on health belief model can improve hypertension self-efficacy and drug compliance of patients with hypertension.
