In this paper,a osteosurgery guide plate,which can provide strong support for doctors in preoperative and intraoperative stage,is made based on computer-aided technology,computer graphics technology and 3D printing technology.Firstly,according to the requirements of surgical guide board design,a set of software is developed to make personalized surgical guide board.By analyzing and designing the practical problems,some algorithms including plane cutting method,straight line cutting method,curve cutting method,patch deleting method,thickness offset and boundary closing method,fixed aperture insertion method and surgical knife diameter design are designed to cut,offset,insert,combine and output the STL model.The plane cutting algorithm can cut the model in XY,YZ and XZ planes,and divide the model into upper and lower parts.The straight cutting algorithm can cut through the model and adjust the cutting line by the angle between the auxiliary line and the cutting line.The curve cutting algorithm can make closed curve cutting and modify the curve by changing the type point.The patch deleting method can delete a single face of the model.Thickness offset and boundary closing method enable thickness biasing and boundary closure of sheet-type data to create a closed solid model.The fixed aperture insertion method and surgical knife diameter design can add a scalpel diameter to the guide and insert a fixed hole at the model boundary.The three-dimensional model of the personalized operation guide plate is generated through the processing of each module of the software,and the solid model printing is carried out by using a 3D printer.Second,the finite element analysis of the statics structure of the surgical guide plate is carried out.The analysis results show that the maximum equivalent stress and equivalent strain will be produced in the middle depression region of the guide plate under the condition of stress,but the fracture and displacement of the guide plate will not occur under normal service conditions.Finally,the structural optimization design of the guide plate model is carried out on the basis of the results.By adding a cylindrical pillar between the navigation tube and the ratchet,a triangular bracing structure is formed between the pillar and the sag area,so that the guide plate has better mechanical properties and can bear a greater load in practical use.
