The Study Of The Theory Of The Collateral Treatment

The Collateral treatment is one of the important contents of traditional Chinese medicine,it belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine.Throughout ancient books found that treatment not only by the lack of clear concept,this paper also lacks from philosophy,physiology and pathology,the mechanism of treatment of application system of TCM theory research.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,it is necessary for the collateral treatment to give full play to its guiding role in clinical practice,and it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive systematic exploration and research on the theory of the collateral treatment.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research and theoretical discussion,and on the basis of a large number of studies and analysis of the relevant literatures of the past and the the collateral treatment law,the connotation of the collateral treatment is first expounded.That is,under the guidance of the whole concept and differentiation of symptoms and signs,the indirect treatment principle which is not directly related to the position,nature or level of the disease is adopted by mobilizing the self-healing ability of the human body.It is further clarified that the philosophical basis of the collateral treatment method is the monism taking the QI as the centre,the whole concept and the Tao method are natural,and the physiological and pathological basis is the human body’s self-healing ability,that is,healthy tendency.Then from the interaction between the interdependence between yin and Yang,viscera relationship,Essence qi and blood body fluid,meridian relation,relation between form and spirit of traditional Chinese medicine and five kinds of combination relations and other aspects of in-depth analysis of the application mechanism by the collateral treatment.Finally,from the two aspects of prescription and Chinese medical case record,the theoretical significance of the collateral treatment law is clarified.
