Standardized Research On Common Treatment Principles And Terminology Of Lung And Collateral Diseases

Research purpose and significance: using the principle of standardized research,the common treatment principles and treatment terms of pulmonary collateral disease were standardized,which laid the foundation for the construction of syndrome differentiation and treatment system and theoretical system of pulmonary collateral disease.Research methods: This paper is divided into two parts,the first part is to use the principle of literature research,through the screening of relevant literature,collect the terms related to the principles and methods of treatment of lung collateral disease,and use the method of frequency statistics to select the terms with higher frequency for preliminary standardization.The second part is the expert questionnaire survey.Delphi method is used to investigate the experts' opinions on the terms selected in the first part,and according to the experts' feedback,the first draft of common treatment principles and treatment terms standardization of pulmonary collateral disease is finally confirmed.Results:1.23 terms were finally included in the literature research,including 4 terms for the treatment of lung collateral disease: dredging collaterals for use,deficiency of collaterals,most suitable for dredging and tonifying collaterals,pungent collaterals for catharsis,strengthening healthy and eliminating pathogenic factors;21 terms for treatment: removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,supplementing qi and nourishing yin and dredging collaterals,supplementing qi and activating blood and dredging collaterals,expelling pathogenic factors and smoothing collaterals,detoxifying and dredging collaterals,clearing heat and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals to relieve pain,and harmonizing collaterals to stop bleeding It can be used to remove blood stasis and promote lung circulation,regulate qi and collaterals,nourish blood and collaterals,dispel wind and collaterals,dredge collaterals by insects,pungent collaterals,vine collaterals,and tonify deficiency collaterals.2.According to the first round of expert questionnaire survey,the most suitable words for deficiency of collaterals are Tongbu,Xiexin,Fuzheng Quxie,Quxie Changluo,Huoxue Tongluo Zhitong,Heying Tongluo,Huayu Xuanfei,Yangxue Heluo,etc.,which do not meet the inclusion conditions,so they are deleted.In the second round of expert questionnaire survey,all 15 terms met the inclusion criteria and were retained.Research conclusion: through literature research and two rounds of expert questionnaire survey,15 standardized terms of treatment principles and treatment methods of lung collateral disease with high degree of concentration and importance were obtained.The results are as follows: treatment principles: collaterals should be unblocked;treatment methods: removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,supplementing qi and nourishing yin and dredging collaterals,supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals,detoxifying and dredging collaterals,clearing heat and removing blood stasis Tongluo,hexuo Zhixue,Liqi Tongluo,Qufeng Tongluo,Chongyi Tongluo,Xinyi Tongluo,Tengyi Tongluo,Buxu Tongluo.
