Objective: To study the distribution of syndrome elements in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction,to provide new ideas and methods for clinical syndrome differentiation and to guide Chinese medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction so as to improve the curative effect and reduce the morbidity rate.Meanwhile,Sex do the usual prevention. Methods:A total of 160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study.Based on the diagnosis scale of syndrome factors of "diabetes eradication disease" and "stroke disease" on admission, clinical epidemiological investigation method with cross-sectional design was used,Collecting the clinical data with the four diagnostic methods of TCM,analyzing the distribution of the general condition and syndrome elements of the patients and their correlation. Results: 1.Of the 160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction, there were 87 males, accounting for 54.38% and 73 females(45.62%).The maximum age of patients was 89 years old, minimum 41 years old,an average of 67.799.63 years old.The longest history of type 2 diabetes was 42 years, the shortest time was found after admission examination,an average of 9.678.13 years.2.Type 2 diabetes mellitus with acute cerebral infarction syndrome elements to internal wind, internal fire-based,the distribution frequency as follows: internal wind> internal stamina> blood stasis> phlegm> qi deficiency> yin deficiency> qi stagnation> yang deficiency. The combination of syndrome factors is based on the combination of three cards, four cards and five cards.Only 6 patients have a single syndrome, with a proportion of 3.75%.There are 16 cases in both groups, accounting for 10%.For example, the percentage is 9.4%.Spearman correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis showed that the relapse was significantly related to phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome, and the correlation between endogenous wind syndrome and internal fire and yin deficiency syndrome was significant. The correlation between inner fire syndrome and yin deficiency and yang deficiency syndrome Respectively, positive and negative correlation, phlegm syndrome and yang deficiency syndrome was significantly related to blood stasis syndrome and qi deficiency, internal fire syndrome were positively and negatively correlated,qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis, yin deficiency syndrome is more relevant, yin deficiency syndrome There was a positive and negative correlation between yin deficiency syndrome and phlegm dampness and inner fire syndrome, and no significant correlation was found between qi stagnation syndrome and other syndromes. Conclusion:Type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction in the acute phase of the evil as the main syndrome elements, but not a single pathogenic factor, but a variety of risk factors interact with each other, and syndromes complex and diverse mix of actual and actual inclusions.Correlation analysis between syndrome factors is of great importance to guide clinical and prevention.
