Study On Distribution And Pattern Of TCM Syndromes In Breast Cancer Patients Receiving Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy

Objective:Through the standardized research of TCM syndrome differentiation,this paper summarizes the common TCM syndromes,dialectical factors,and provides the basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:Through the data mining and the cluster analysis,we review the syndrome of endocrine therapy for breast cancer.The epidemiological method was used to observe the cross-sectional observation of endocrine therapy for breast cancer patients and gather the symptoms of information.The clinical data were analyzed by frequency and cluster analysis,and the syndromes and symptoms were summarized.Results:(1)To collect 108 articles of endocrine therapy for breast cancer from 2010 to present,the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the endocrine therapy for breast cancer mainly includes the regulation of the menopausal syndrome,the treatment of abnormal lipid metabolism and the pathological changes of the reproductive system,the extension of the survival period and the resistance to drug resistance.The endocrine therapy for breast cancer common syndromes have seven,respectively is: liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(26.24%),kidney deficiency liver depression certificate(12.77%),spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome(9.93%),liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome(8.51%),thoroughfare-controlling vessels disharmony(7.09%),syndrome of incoordination between heart and kidney(6.38%),Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(2.84%).By using data mining literaturein four diagnostic information in the literature,the three syndromes were obtained,respectively: liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrom,and thoroughfare-controlling vessels disharmony.(2)Through 113 cases of endocrine therapy of breast cancer patients were statistical analysis,the main syndrome characterized by hot flashes,night sweats,waist-acid,upset,forgetful,multi-dream,thin,little words,powerless.The main tongue is: the tongue is red and reddish;The main pulse is: stringer and sunken.Clustering analysis of clinical data of four clinical information showed five syndromes,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(40.71%),spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome(30.09%),liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome(15.04%),liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(9.73%),and phlegm-stasis syndrome(4.42%).The manifestations of various syndromes are:(1)liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome: hot flashes,night sweats,waist acid,nerves,tinnitus,forgetfulness,insomnia,multiple dreams,weakness,tongue red,tongue less,pulse count.(2)spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome:anorexia,abdominal pain,drink less,shortness of breath,weakness,pale complexion,afraid of cold,leucorrhea,how long to urinate,nocturia,loose stool,tongue fat,light white tongue,pulse late.(3)liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome: depression,irritability,mouth pain,dizziness,menstruation delay,dysmenorrhea,pale red tongue,lichen thin and yellow,pulse string.(4)liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome: irritability,mouth bitterness,vertigo,tinnitus,urine,feces thin,tongue fat,tongue greasy,pulse sink.(5)phlegm-stasis syndrome: skin a wrong,numbness,obesity,vertigo,subglossal veins of blue and purple,stool dry,tongue purple,tongue,black,liverwort.It was found that the distribution of endocrine therapy of breast cancer was related to age,course of disease and endocrine drugs.Conclusion:Adverse reactions of hormone therapy on 108 breast cancer related literature and 113 cases of endocrine therapy of breast cancer patients withcluster analysis,both for the same kind of this syndrome: liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome.It can be concluded that the endocrine period syndrome of breast cancer is mainly based on this.Adverse reactions of hormone therapy on 108 breast cancer literature,Cluster analysis was performed on 113 patients with endocrine treatment of breast cancer,can be concluded that :liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,and phlegm-stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency liver depression certificate,thoroughfare-controlling vessels disharmony,syndrome of incoordination between heart and kidney,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.These are secondary syndromes in the endocrine phase of breast cancer.In this study,the distribution law of TCM syndromes and syndrome differentiation factors in the endocrine period of breast cancer are helpful to guide TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment.
