Analysis Of Prescriptions Correlating To Syndromes Of Qianyang Fengsui Dan On Heart Diseases

Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of "Prescriptions Correlating to Syndromes ",I made a statistical analysis of the medical records of Professor Li Xiao’s by using Qianyang Fengsui Dan to treat heart diseases,and analyzed the law of the prescription and compatibility,expanded the scope of the application,carried out and innovated the traditional traditional Chinese medicine theory.Methods:The data was collected from outpatients and inpatients in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to December 2017.Medical records conform to the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of heart diseases.The data was compiled and entered into the Excel form.I used Excel frequency statistics,SPSS modeler association rules analysis and SPSS factor analysis to analyze medical records.The frequency analysis of the sex,age,weight,diagnosis,symptom,tongue vein,drug use and compatibility prescription were carried out by Excel in the Qianyang Fengsui Dan treatment of heart diseases.SPSS modeler14.1 was used to analyze the association rules to obtain key symptoms and tongue veins.Highfrequency drugs were extracted by factor analysis using SPSS 21.0 to remove the original drug and obtain common drug flavoring.Results:1.The formula syndromes of Qianyang Fengsui Dan:Chest tightness chestpain,dizziness,headache,palpitation,insomnia and more dreams,aversion to cold,dry mouth mouth pain,shoulder pain,sweating,tinnitus and deafness,satisfied less,limb numbness,Edema,loose stool thin,dark tongue,thin yellow fur,pulse string or pulse Shen fine.The typical formula syndromes of Qianyang Fengsui Dan treatment of heart diseases: Fat fatigue,aversion to cold,mouth dry mouth,insomnia and more dreams,dark red tongue,thin yellow coating,thin pulse.2.Thetreatment of heart disease spectrum of Qianyang Fengsui Dan:including coronary heart disease,essential hypertension,various arrhythmias,heart failure,dilated cardiomyopathy,etc.,fifteen kinds of common heart diseases.3.Commonly addding drugs of Qianyang Fengsui Dan:Chinese Her bs of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Huangqi,Chaihu,Shengma.Chinese Herbs of tonifying Spleen:Chenpi,Baizhu.Chinese Herbs o f Ziyin Qianyang:Longgu,Muli.Chinese Herbs of Yangxue Ningxin:Chuanxio ng,Suanzaoren,Danggui.Chinese Herbs of Tonifying Kidney:Sangjisheng,Ba jitian.4.Commonly Combined prescription of Qianyang Fengsui Dan: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Shengxian Decoction,Zhigancao Decoction,Guigan Longmu Decoction,Suanzaoren Decoction,Shashen Maidong Decoction,Guizhi Fuling pill,Gui Zhi Decoction.Patients with Chest tightness,fatigue,shortness of breath were treated with Qianyang Fengsui Dan and Shengxian Decoction.Patients with Less satisfied,less tired and weak were treated with Qianyang Fengsui Dan and Buzong Yiqi Decoction.Patients with serious palpitation were treated with Qianyang Fengsui Dan and Zhigancao Decoction.Patients with severe insomnia were treated with Qianyang Fengsui Dan and Guigan Longmu Decoction.Patients with severe upset and sleepless were treated with Qianyang Fengsui Dan and Suanzaoren Decoction.Patients with dark tongue were treated with Qianyang Fengsui Dan and Guizhi Fuling Pill.Patients withsoreness and weakness of waist and kneeswere treated with Chinese herbsof Tonifying Kidney Sangjisheng,Bajitian.Conclusions:Through the analysis of ancient documents and modern doctors’ rule of using Qianyang Fengsui Dan,combined with the experience of tutors,statistical analysis was made on the cases who used this prescription.I think the pathogenesis of Qianyang Fengsui dan syndrome: Kidney yang deficiency,hyperactivity of heart fire,if serious will the empty Yang floats.The key symptoms and tongue veins are: aversion to coldness,dry mouth and mouth,fatigue,fatigue,insomnia,dark red tongue,thin yellow coating,fine pulse,It can be used for cardiovascular diseases such as,hypertension,arrhythmia,Chronic heart failure.
