Based On Data Mining, The Prescription Compatibility Rules Of "Fifty-two Diseases Prescriptions" And "Sixty Diseases Prescriptions" Were Analyzed

Objective: during the pre Qin and Han Dynasties,the system of traditional Chinese medicine began to take shape.Fifty two disease prescriptions and sixty disease prescriptions are the advanced models to promote the formation of this system.By studying their prescription theory and clinical experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment,this paper discusses the principles of disease treatment and the characteristics of prescription application and compatibility,and preliminarily reveals the regularity of fifty two disease prescriptions and sixty disease prescriptions,so as to provide reference for the theoretical research of traditional Chinese medicine To provide ideas and reference for the research and medical practice.Methods: 1.Historical research method: using the method of historical investigation,research and reading,combing the development and evolution of Prescription Theory and its experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment in pre Qin and early Western Han Dynasty.2.Literature research method: by using the methods of literature investigation,comparison and double evidence,this paper analyzes the literature related to "fifty two disease Prescriptions" and "sixty disease Prescriptions" in the pre Qin and Western Han Dynasties,and makes a horizontal comparison between them,so as to select reliable argumentation materials for research.On the basis of literature review and analysis,this paper classifies and counts the contents of some diseases and prescriptions by data analysis technology,analyzes and summarizes the basic theories of TCM prescriptions,and reveals the compatibility rules of prescriptions in 52 disease prescriptions and 60 disease prescriptions.Content: Based on the textual research and interpretation of ancient medical books in Mawangdui,the supplementary translation of notes on 52 disease prescriptions,and Jiemi Wo Xi Yi Shu and Qi Ren,this study systematically combs the development and evolution of the theory and experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment of prescriptions in52 disease prescriptions and 60 disease prescriptions,and then,under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the nature,taste,efficacy and compatibility of prescriptions,makes a comprehensive analysis from the following aspects And "disease differentiation and treatment" and "disease syndrome differentiation and treatment" were discussed.Conclusion:as a representative work at the beginning of compound prescription,the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,medication and drug compatibility in fifty-two disease prescription is relatively primitive.Comparatively speaking,sixty disease prescription,as the "classic prescription" in the early Western Han Dynasty and the medical system of Han Dynasty,its theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,medication and drug compatibility is relatively mature The development of "syndrome differentiation and treatment" and "disease syndrome" combination of syndrome differentiation and treatment method has a profound impact on later generations.
