The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Yuji In Treating Liver Stagnation Syndrome Of Insomnia

Objective: In this study,patients with Insomnia Liver Stagnation Syndrome were treated with acupuncture yuji and Chinese patent medicine.Which is objective to observe the difference of the group of the effect of acupuncture yuji and Chinese patent medicine and the group of Chinese patent medicine on the treatment of the liver stagnation syndrome of insomnia.Methods: To choose 60 patients with liver stagnation syndrome of insomnia randomly,the patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and matched group.There are 30 cases in each group to observe two groups before and after treatment of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,insomnia severity index and TCM symptom score,to determine the efficacy and assess its saefety.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups(P>0.05),Which have comparability.The severity of the two groups and thesymptom score of PSQI of the two groups before treatment have not significant difference(P>0.05),Which have comparability.Insomnia severity index of the two groups before treatment have not significant difference(P>0.05),Which have comparability.Before treatment the comparison of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine of the two groups have not significant difference(P>0.05),Which have comparability.2.After treatment the two groups compares.The PSQI scores were compared between the two groups(P<0.05),which have statistical difference.Insomnia severity index were compared between the two groups(P<0.05),which have statistical difference.The total score of TCM symptoms were compared between the two groups(P<0.05),which have statistical difference.Conclusion : 1.Both groups were effective.2.Treatment group is superior to matched group.3.The safety of the two groups of treatment was good.
