Clinical Observation On Prevention Of Bronchial Asthma Attack And Improvement Of Lung Function By Acupoint Application In Summer For Winter Diseases

Objective: To observe the effect of summer acupuncture on bronchial asthma patients with frequency of attack and lung function FEV1 %,to explore the effect of summer acupuncture therapy on bronchial asthma.In order to provide the basis of research for fuether guidance of the clinical practice.Method:The 110 cases of bronchial patients recruited were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and 55 cases in each group.In 2015,2016 and 2017,the first three days(usually in the first day)of the first dog-days of the summer,the middle(if the interval is 20 days,and the interval 10 days can be added one time)and the end dog-days of the summer,all the patients will be attached.In 2015,all the patients were applied to the control points(Lung shu control point,Heart shu control point,and the Geshu comparison point).In 2016 and 2017,the patients in the observation group were labeled with 1 prescription on acupoints(Lung shu,Heart shu,and Geshu),and patients in the control group were applied with 2 prescription in the control points(Lung shu control point,Heart shu control point,and the Geshu comparison point),and the two groups were pasted respectively.The patients were followed up for 13 weeks,26 weeks,39 weeks and 52 weeks after the treatment,and the number of episodes and lung function(FEV1%)in the first year(2015-2016)and the second year(2016-2017)were counted,and compare the difference of the efficancy.Result:1.The number of asthma attacks:(1)Group comparison:In observation group,there was a significant difference between the experimental and baseline stage of asthma attack(P<0.01);In the control group,there was also a remarkable difference between the experimental and baseline stage of asthma attack(P<0.01).(2)Comparison between groups: There was no statistically obvious difference in the number of asthma attacks between the experimental and baseline stage between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of the effect ofthe main index of the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference.And the efficancy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.2.Lung function(Fev1%):(1)Group comparison:There was no statistically significant difference in lung function comparison in baseline period and prethearpy,experimental stage and prethearpy,experimental and baseline stage in observation andcontrast group(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: There was no statistically significant difference in Fev1% between the two groups in prethearpy,experimental and baseline stage(P>0.05).In terms of the effect of the secondary index of the two groups,there was a significant difference.Conclusion:1.The observation group and control group after the acupoint sticking therapy had fewer asthma attacks,FEV1 % increase trend,prompt that acupoint sticking in summer for disease outbreak in winter playing the role of reducing frequency of asthma attack,improve lung function.2.The observation group had a tendency to be superior to the control group in the number of asthma attacks and lung function improvement.
