Investigation Of TCM Physique Types In Patients With Seborrheic Keratosis And Analysis Of The Pathogenesis Of Seborrheic Keratosis

Objective: To investigate the physique types and pathogenesis factors of seborrheic keratosis patients from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and discuss the correlation between the disease and physique.To provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of seborrheic keratosis.Methods: From July 2017 to January 2018,200 patients with seborrheic keratosis were collected from the Department of Beauty and Dermatology,affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The original data were collected by filling out the questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results :(1)The types of TCM constitution were: Yang deficiency in 86 cases,Qi deficiency in 81 cases and Yin deficiency in 70 cases.Blood stasis was found in 63 cases(12.52%),peace in 51 cases(10.13%),phlegm and dampness in 50 cases(9.94%)and Qi stagnation in 46 cases(9.14%).There were 36 cases with dampness and heat and 20 cases with special property with 3.97%.(2)Pathogenesis: the proportion of patients without obvious cause was the highest(34.81%),followed by 24.07% ultraviolet ray,18.51% of heredity,10.00% of inflammatory stimulation).Poor sleep is 7.40%,pregnancy5.18%.Pregnancy.Conclusion:The average age of seborrheic keratosis is 45.45±13.41 years old.The average age rate of seborrheic keratosis in female is lower than that in male.The physical types of seborrheic keratosis patients were mainly yang deficiency,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and blood stasis.
