Objective: Explore the common clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in dilated cardiomyopathy,so as to preliminarily determine the syndrome elements and syndrome types of dilated cardiomyopathy,so as to provide a clinical basis for modern medical treatment of Chinese medicine.Methods: Retrospective studies were conducted using clinical case investigations.Collect basic information,four diagnostic information and clinical objective indicators of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,establish a database,and use descriptive statistical methods,cluster analysis,factor analysis and other statistical methods for the basic situation of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,four diagnostic information Analyze and explore the characteristics and distribution of dilated TCM syndromes.Results:(1)Among the 190 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,the youngest was 24 years old and the oldest was 86 years old.The number of male patients was more than female patients.The incidence group was mainly concentrated in the age groups of 50-59 and 60-69;(2)In 190 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,the common clinical symptoms were chest tightness,belching,fatigue,edema;common tongue images were dark red tongue and red tongue;(3)Factor analysis and cluster analysis were performed on the symptom indexes.Factor analysis included a total of 12 common factors.Cluster analysis led to 4 types of symptom groups.Conclusion:(1)The incidence of dilated cardiomyopathy was higher in middle-aged men,with chest tightness,palpitations,and fatigue being the main symptoms;(2)Dark tongue and pulse sinking were the main tongues;(3)Using factor analysis and cluster analysis,we initially obtained the symptoms of dilated cardiomyopathy,namely,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm drinking,(fire)heat,impotence,blood stasis,dampness,heat,cold coagulation;The syndromes of the disease are the heart,spleen,stomach,kidney,liver and lung;the diseased cardiomyopathy is in the heart,and its incidence is mainly related to the lack of qi and heart yang.Initially defined as the heart and kidney yang deficiency,deficiency of Qi and Yin,phlegm drinking block lung syndrome 3 types of TCM syndrome.
