| Purpose:Compared with modern medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has its own unique advantages and features in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.It can use different treatments according to the different symptoms and signs,and it can be used as a special person,prescription,or specialty medicine.Professor Cao Zhiqun has been in medical practice for more than 30 years and has rich clinical experience.He has his own unique medication habits and prescriptions,and he has achieved good clinical results in the treatment of multiple syndromes of ulcerative colitis.This study categorizes and prescribes Professor Cao Zhiqun prescriptions for the treatment of ulcerative colitis,analyzes its drug use patterns and drug characteristics,combines ancient and modern pharmacology,and summarizes Professor Cao Zhiqun own unique treatment system in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Good for clinical use.Method:To sort out the outpatient medical records of Professor Cao Zhiqun from 2010 to 2017,and to screen out 113 people who are effective and meet the regulations in this study,with a total of 295 prescriptions.Through the application of "Chinese traditional medicine inheritance assistance system" to carry out in-depth mining of prescriptions,such as analysis of association rules,analysis of clustering algorithms,etc.to excavate,analyze and summarize the relationship between drugs.Result:Analyze the 295 prescriptions that are included in the statistics.Through the statistical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine four gas andfive flavors software in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system,the drugs used are cold,warm,bitter,and pungent.Astragalus membranaceus,Coix Seed,Patrinia,Euphorbia pulcherrima,Euphorbia,woody,Coptis chinensis,Agrimonia tuberosa,Fructus aurantium,Chinese angelica,Artichoke,Scutellaria,Sophora flavescens,catechu,Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica,Citrus,Dodder White mustard seed,Campanulaceae,Chinese wolfberry white,fried clam shell,antler cream used more than 60 times in frequency,including Astragalus membranaceus,Coix Seed,Citrus aurantium,woody,Patrinia,Agrimony,ebony,fried ground quail,berberine,Angelica frequency more than 200 times.Of all the drugs used in the statistics,liver,spleen,and large intestine were the most common menses.Based on the association rule analysis,a total of 120 drug combinations with a frequency exceeding 177 were included.Based on the complex entropy clustering method,16 core combinations were obtained.Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,8 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion:Through the analysis of Professor prescription,he summed up the principle of strengthening kidney and strengthening spleen,supplementing the benefits of successive days,supplementing heat and dampness,promoting qi and activating blood circulation,and regulating liver and spleen qi machine experience,with good curative effect.On the treatment of drugs has a great guiding role. |
