Analysis On Composition Principles Of Prescriptions For Peptic Ulcer By Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Purpose: By sorting out the relevant prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of peptic ulcer in the clinical work of Professor Cao Zhiqun,this research obtains the inherent law of medication,including the commonly used drugs, medicine, law and prescription drug indication,to provide reference for clinical Syndrome differentiation.Method:Through the collation of outpatient medical records of Professor Cao Zhiqun in 2010-2015.127 cases and 279 prescriptions were selected which met the inclusion criteria of this study.Applying TCMISS which using principle analysis, revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering,we then obtains the inherent law of medication.Results:Based on the analysis of 179 prescriptions and statistical frequency of four properties and five tastes of drugs.The most commonly used is temperature, cold medicine and sweet, pungent and bitter.There are 25 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used more than 30 times.The most commonly used types of drugs is the tonic medicine,followed by Qi medicine, antipyretic and promoting-circulation drugs.Based on the analysis of association rules,there are 22 groups of drug combination frequency over 45 times.30 core combinations were obtained based on complex system entropy clustering method.15 new prescription is evolved based on unsupervised entropy clustering method.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of prescription for the treatment of peptic ulcer in the clinical work of Professor Cao Zhiqun. We summarize the application experience which take invigorating the spleen at core place,combining with acrid opening and bitter downbearing, regulating spleenstomach and activities of qi and resolving phlegm-dampness. Paying attention to the application of Huoxue Huayu drugs and combining with antipyretic to eliminate stomach heat are also important.The clinical effect is significant,and there is considerable application value for clinical treatment and medication guide.
