The purpose of this study is to reveal the status quo of BMI,kAP and FFQ of university students in Changde City,to study the relationship between BMI and KAP,and to verify nutritional knowledge and nutrition by taking physical condition(BMI),nutritional knowledge,attitude,dietary behavior(KAP)and food intake frequency(FFQ)as the main research contents.The relationship between attitude and dietary behavior,and the insufficiency of the corresponding research((1)the former research object of the university students in different City;(2)the research contents of each researcher are different;(3)the substantive relationship between BMI and KAP needs to be demonstrated to provide theoretical guidance for the relevant education authorities.In this study,831 undergraduates in Changde City,Hunan Province were selected as the research objects by field measurement and questionnaire survey.The height and weight of undergraduates were measured directly by height and weight scale.BMI was calculated according to the formula.The original data were collected by KAP and FFQ questionnaires.Then,SPSS 20.0 pairs were used.Data processing and analysis.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The general physical condition of university students in Changde City is general,the proportion of students with normal body mass index is more than half,and the phenomenon of low body mass index is more serious than that of high body mass index.There are significant differences in physical fitness among variables such as gender,family address and school attendance.(2)In the study of nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior of university students in Changde City,①the overall score of nutritional knowledge was general.There were significant differences in the total score of nutritional knowledge among the variables of gender,vision,school attendance,etc.②The overall score of nutritional attitude was better.There was no significant difference in the total score of nutritional attitude among the variables of gender,vision,school attendance and family address.③The overall score of eating behavior is poor.There was no significant difference in the dimension of gender and visual acuity variables,and there was significant difference in the variables of school attendance and family address.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between body mass index and scores of unhealthy dietary behavior,and there was a significant positive correlation between scores of nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior.(4)The frequencies of food intake of university students in Changde City are generally better.There are significant differences in the frequencies of food intake among university students in terms of gender,visual acuity,school,family address and other variables.
