Obejective:The detection of intestinal polyps,adenomas and colorectal cancer b y colonoscopy benefits many patients.Therefore,colonoscopy is more and more popu lar,and good intestinal preparation is a necessary condition to ensure the smooth p rogress of colonoscopy.Therefore,intestinal.preparation.before.colonoscopy.is.particularl y.important.In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed the polyethyle ne glycol(PEG)electrolyte powder as intestinal cleansing agents,has a good effect a nd high safety,are recommend for bowel preparation before catharsis agent of choic e as guidelines,however,because of its poor taste,in a short period of time consump tion,leading to many patients poor compliance,tolerance,and repeatability,and all tho se have inseparable relationship with the quality of the bowel preparation,therefore,under the precondition of not affecting the quality of bowel preparation,how to imp rove the compliance and tolerance of patients become the clinical problem to be s olved.The purpose of this study was to compare the intestinal preparation quality,ad verse reactions and the tolerance of patients with polyethylene glycol electrolyte po wder supplemented with vitamin C effervescent tablet water and the traditional pol yethylene glycol electrolyte powder solution as the catharsis fluid.Methods:We colle cted 100 patients from the first affiliated hospital of Xin Jiang medical university who need to be checked via electronic colonoscopy,randomly divided into two grou ps(combined group was given the polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder added vita min C effervescent tablets as Laxative to cleaning intestinal preoperative previous d ay,standard group was only given the polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder to cle aning intestinal,two groups were given sof diet at dinner before this step,we assessed the score for intestinal preparation,made a survey of patients with questionnaire.Results:there was no significant difference in the quality of intestinal preparation b etween the two groups except the right hemicolon,but the amount of laxative fluid was lower in combined group than in standard group,and the incidence of nausea was lower in standard group,acceptance and compliance were better in combined group,The willingness to repeat for patient was higher in combined group.Conclusi on:There was no significant difference in the quality of intestinal preparation betwe en the two groups except the right semicolon.However,patients in the combined gr oup received less dose of diarrhea than the standard group,the incidence of nausea was lower than the standard group,the compliance and tolerance were better than t he standard group,and the willingness of repeated examination was higher than the standard group,all of which were statistically significant.
