Correlation Between VBD And Acute Cerebral Infarction And Blood Flow Velocity

Objectives: The initial detection rate of VBD in patients with acute cerebral infarction was preliminarily evaluated,by the CTA examination of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to reserch the preliminary study of hemodynamic changes in patients with VBD and the value of peak blood flow velocity in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction in patients with VBD,by Comparison of peak blood flow velocity in patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with VBD and non-VBD;Methods: Rewieving 166 patients that were clearly diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction by MRI,head + neck CTA and TCD at the Department of Neurology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2017 to October 2018.The basic information is collected,and divided into 14 cases in the case group(VBD group)and 152 cases in the control group(non-VBD group)according to the diagnostic criteria of VBD,and the basic data of the two groups are comparable,and reserch the Comparison of peak blood flow velocity between the two groups;Results: The detection rate of VBD patients was 8.43% in 166 patients with acute cerebral infarction,and the detection rates of VBD were respectively 6.12% and 11.76% in the pre-cycles and post-cycles;In the comparison of blood flow velocity,the mean peak flow velocity of the VDB group and the non-VBD group in the pre-cycles were all P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Comparing the velocity of the basilar artery and left Posterior cerebral artery in the post-cycles,the VDB group and the non-VBD group in the post-cycles were all P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and VBD group was lower than non-VBD group.Comparing the left vertebral artery velocity,left Posterior cerebral artery and basilar artery velocity between the two groups(VDB group and non-VBD group),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and VBD group was lower than non-VBD group;Conclusions: The peak blood flow velocity of VBD patients in 166 patients with acute cerebral infarction is significantly lower than that of non-VBD patients.Therefore,we clinically evaluate the risk of acute cerebral infarction in patients with VBD and take preventive measures.
