Random And Control Study On The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness Of The Full Frequency Descent Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis With Congersiwu Tang

Objective:Byevaluatingtheimprovement of hearing and accompanying symptoms of sudden deafness of the full frequency descent of the type of shenxuxueyu with congersiwu tang,to assess its effectiveness and safety.To explore the advantages of the combination treatment of Chinese and western medicine on the sudden hearing loss.Methods: Refer to the currently the criteria diagnosis and evaluation on the sudden hearing loss,to determine the inclusion criteria,removal criteria and shedding standards,curative effect judgment standard,the symptom score standard.By random,single blind,control experiment design,42 patients with the sudden hearing loss were divided into two groups.one group was used as test group,the other was control group,two groups were cured by Guide Recommended Treatment:conventional hormone,thrombolytic therapy,improving circulation,nutritional nerve,physical therapy,the other group basic treatment based on the corresponding congersiwu tang treatment.The course of treatment was 14 days,and the follow-up period was one month.Comparing the two groups with the change of hearing and accompanying symptoms before and after treatment was and observed and recorded.All data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software.Results:1.It was notdistinct difference between two groups with general data comparison(P>0.05),the two groups are comparable.2.In the aspect of improving the hearing,comparing the two groups,the total effective rate of test group was better than the control group,the treatment group was94.12%,control group was 81.82%,while the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.In improving the symptoms of tinnitus,the total effective rate of test group was better than the control group,the treatment group on tinnitus was 90.91%,the control group on tinnitus was 72.22%,while the certain distance was not statistically significant(P >0.05);4.there exists no statistical between intergroupdifference on vertigo(P>0.05).5.In the aspect of score of chinese medical symptom,the total effective rate of the treatmentgroup was 94.71%,the control group was 76.22%,while the discrepancy was not significant(P>0.05).The patients of two groups did not happen adverse events during the treatment.Conclusion: Congersiwu tang is notmarked effective in the treatment of sudden deafness of the full frequency descent of the type of shenxuxueyu.
