| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients with acute anterior circulation and acute posterior cerebral infarction treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture, and to determine the superiority and prognosis of acute anterior and posterior cerebral infarction in the treatment of acute anterior and posterior circulation cerebral infarction.Guide the clinic. Methods:A total of 95 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled, according to the Oxfordshire Stroke Study Classification(OSCP classification)in the UK,including 50 patients with acute anterior circulation infarction(ACI group)and 45 patients with acute posterior circulation infarction(PCI group). Both groups of patients were treated with acupuncture and acupuncture on the basis of conventional neurological treatment. The main points were:human(GV26),Neiguan double(PC6),Baihui(GV20),and Sanyinjiao(SP6),Fengchi double(GB20),complete bone double(GB12),Tianzhu double(BL10),with the corresponding auxiliary points, acupuncture once a day, continuous treatment for 4 weeks.Patients were scored on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHS S)and Activity of Daily Living(ADL)scales before and after treatment, and patient outcomes were assessed based on changes in scores. After three months of follow-up,the mRS scale was scored and the prognosis was assessed according to the score.Result:The NIHSS scores of the patients with acute anterior circulation infarction and post-circulation infarction were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the ADL scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the anterior circulation infarction group was lower than that of the posterior circulation infarction group(P<0.05),and the ADL score was higher than that of the posterior circulation infarction group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and effective rate(94.00%,34.00%)in the anterior circulation infarction group were significantly different from those in the posterior circulation infarction group(80.00%,13.33%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mRS scores between the two groups after three months of follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can not only promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with anterior and posterior circulation cerebral infarction, but also improve the ability of patients with daily living activities, and the overall effect on anterior circulation cerebral infarction is better than posterior circulation cerebral infarction.2.The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating acute anterior and posterior cerebral infarction is similar, and the prognosis is good.3.Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method is suitable for anterior and posterior circulation cerebral infarction, especially for anterior circulation cerebral infarction. |
