Objective: To observe the enhancement pattern of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in breast masses, analyze its time-intensity curve, and explore the value of CEUS in differentiating benign from malignant breast masses and in diagnosing early and advanced breast cancer. At the same time, the radiographic characteristics and quantitative parameters of benign breast mass, early breast cancer and advanced breast cancer were compared and compared, and the differences between the three were studied.Methods:113 cases of benign and malignant breast lesions diagnosed by pathology were collected. The malignant group was divided into 50 cases of benign mass group,21 cases of early breast cancer and 42 cases of advanced breast cancer.Three groups of lesions were analyzed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound and QLAB software. The contrast-enhanced ultrasound characteristics and time-intensity curves of the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in contrast enhancement pattern, enhancement amplitude,post-enhancement enlargement, distribution of contrast agents and peak intensity, peak time and area under curve among the three groups(P < 0.05).There were differences between benign masses and early breast cancer in contrast enhancement pattern,post-enhancement enlargement, distribution of contrast agents, peak intensity and peak time of quantitative parameters(P < 0.05).There were differences in contrast enhancement amplitude, internal perfusion defect and peak time of quantitative parameters between early breast cancer and advanced breast cancer(P < 0.05).In contrast, enhancement mode, enhancement amplitude,post-enhancement enlargement, sequence of contrast agent entry, peak intensity, peak time and curve of contrast agent distribution and quantitative parameters were found between benign masses and advanced breast cancer(P< 0.05).The area under line and gradient contrast were different(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The combination of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)features and quantitativeparameters has certain value in differentiating benign and malignant breast masses and in the diagnosis of early breast cancer from advanced breast cancer, and can provide basis for the prognosis of patients and the choice of treatment options.
