Objective1、To provide a theoretical basis in the diagnostic classification of renal cell carcinoma by the time-intensity-curve analysis.2、To explore the diagnostic of kidney tumors by conventional ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT.Method122cases of renal cell carcinoma treated with contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination and time-intensity-curve analysis, compared with the Pathology results.Conventional818cases of patients with renal tumors by ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, combined with part of the cases (282cases) by contrast-enhanced CT examination, comparison the diagnosis of renal tumors by the three methods.Result1、Renal cell carcinomas vascular density is high, the lumen enlargement, disordered, In particular clear cell renal cell carcinoma, its AT, TTP below the renal cortex, PI above the renal cortex.Chromophobe renal cell carcinoma with thick-walled blood vessels, it’s AT, TTP were lower than the renal cortex.Papillary renal cell carcinomas vascular is less, with PI were lower than the renal cortex.Pseudocapsule of each type of renal cell carcinoma showed no significant difference, but the clear cell renal cell carcinoma display rate of the area of necrosis is lower than papillary renal cell carcinoma, but higher than chromophobe renal cell carcinoma.2、Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can clearly show vessels of tumor vessels, on diagnosis of benign and malignant is good as contrast-enhanced CT, and better than conventional ultrasound.Conclusion1、Contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with time-intensity-curve analysis, draw the common subtypes of renal cell carcinoma, and contribute to renal cell carcinoma preoperative classification.2、Contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of benign and malignant renal tumors was better than conventional ultrasound, while no significant difference with contrast-enhanced CT.But it has its unique advantages in renal cell carcinoma which were small and lack of blood.
