Objective:In order to prolong the survival time of patients with en dometrial cancer as possible, and to provide individualized treatment,w e collacted and analyzed the complete clinical data of endometrial cance r patients who were treated in The Afiliated Tumour Hospital of Xinjian g Medical University for 5 years, and discussed the prognostic factors o f patients with endometrialcancer. Methods:All the clinical data of 496 p atients of endometrial carcinomafrom January 2010 to December 2014 w ere retrospectively collected in an Excel database and statistical analyze d retrospectively.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 sta tistical software. The Kaplan-Meier test and multivariate Proportional ha zards regression model(Cox regression)were used for finding the ri sk factors related to the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Results:The Kaplan-Meier test showed that Age(?~2=2.552,P=0.112),menopause(?~2=0.010,P=0.920),comorbidity(?~2=2.069,P=0.558),postoperative adj uvant therapy(?~2=0.017,P=0.898)were not significantly associated with patient prognosis.However,Surgery-pathological stage(?~2=15.238,P=0.002),histological grade(?~2 =12.258,P=0.002),depth of invasion(?~2=13.619,P<0.001),pathological type(?~2 =48.559,P<0.001),lymph node met astasis(?~2-=48.134,P<0.001),intravascular thrombosis(?~2=51.273,P<0.001)was associated with a significant prognosis. The Cox regressio n showed that Pathological type(P<0.001),lymph node metastasis(P=0.01),vascular tumor thrombus(P=0.009)were the independent risk factor s of the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Conclusions:Pathological types, lymph node metastasis, and vascular tumor thrombus are independ ent risk factors for five-year or three-year survival rates of endometrial cancer.Patients with endometrial cancer who are non-endometrial adeno carcinoma, lymph node metastasis, and Vascular tumor thrombus infiltrat ion have a poor prognosis. |
