| Objective:To analyze the effect of CIT on early complications and liver funct ion in patients with autologous liver transplantation,and to improve doctors' understa nding and attention to CIT.Methods:This study included patients who received autologous liver transplantation from October 2012 to June 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The patients were divided into two groups according to CIT,group A:CIT ?360 minutes,group B:CIT > 360 minutes.The influence of CIT on the above indexes was analyzed.Results:The average days of drainage tube removal(25.97±25.76)days and hospit alization(34.05±23.64)days in group B is longer than The average days of drainage tube removal(13.79±3.70)days and hospitalization(19.33±5.39)days in group A(P=0.001,P=0.004).The incidence of BC was 41.0% and the incidence ofascites56.4% in group B is higher than that the incidence of BC was 16.7% and the incidence of ascites 20.8% in group A(P=0.044,P=0.006);The time for ALT to fall to normal range was(12.18±5.61)days,the time for AST to fall to normal ra nge was(9.51±5.09)days,and the time for TB to fall to normal range was(14.56±10.18)days in group B is longer than the time for ALT to fall to normal range was(9.38±3.29)days,the time for AST to fall to normal range was(7.29±3.28)days,and the time for TB to fall to normal range was(9.25±10.46)days in group A(P=0.026,P=0.040,P=0.007).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the Peak of ALT,AST,TB,The Peak time of ALT,AST,TB,and the incidence of VC.Conclusion:When CIT >360 minutes in Autologous liver transplantation,the time of catheterization,the time of catheterization hospitalization and recovery of initial he patic function were prolonged significantly.The incidence of BC and the incidence of ascites were increased significantly after operation,which affects the quality of life and hospitalization costs of patients after surgery. |
