Objective: to investigate the relationship between threatened abortion and subclinical hypothyroidism in early pregnancy. Methods:A total of 48 pregnant women with early threatened abortion complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected from March 2018 to December 2018 in the second affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University as experimental group.Thirty pregnant women with normal pregnancy were randomly selected as control group, and both groups were early pregnant patients(6 ? 12 weeks). The related indexes of pregnancy and thyroid function were compared between the two groups.Forty-eight patients with early threatened abortion complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected,of which 30 were accepted according to doctor's orders. The standardized levothyroxine sodium tablets were treated with hormone replacement therapy, and the remaining 18 cases were treated without treatment or without standard treatment(the patients in the untreated group were recommended for treatment with informed consent.Serum E2,progesterone(P)and thyroid function(TSH,FT3,FT4,TPOAb)were measured in individual patients who had not received treatment or standard treatment due to poor compliance. The treatment group was given Youjiale according to the doctor's orders. Two weeks later, the E2 estradiol),progesterone(P progesterone in the treatment group and the untreated group was analyzed. The early pregnancy outcome was followed up after 13 weeks. The relevant data of all the above patients were analyzed retrospectively.the thyroid function related indexes and continuous pregnancy rate of pregnant women in the treatment group and the untreated group were compared, and the SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the thyroid function of the pregnant women in the treatment group and the untreated group. The relationship between early threatened abortion and subclinical hypothyroidism and the clinical effect of intervention with levothyroxine were analyzed. Results: 1.The experimental group is in the The level of P was higher than that of the control group(3.43% ? 2.52%),and the difference was statistically significant(,(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the level of E2 and P between the two groups(,(P > 0.05).2.After two weeks of treatment, the level of E2 and P of the treatment group was higher than that of the untreated group, and the decrease of TSH in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the untreated group(P <0.05),but the two groups were compared before and after treatment,There was no significant difference in the levels of FT3 and FT4(P>0.05).3.The abortion rate of the treatment group and the untreated group was 13.3% and 44.4%respectively,and the abortion rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the untreated group, and the difference was statistically significant.(P < 0.05).4.In 18 patients in the untreated group, compared with the data of TSH and abortion rate, the higher the TSH level, the risk of abortion also increased. Conclusion: 1.The occurrence of early threatened abortion is closely related to subclinical hypothyroidism, and the higher the level of TSH,the greater the probability of abortion.2.Euthyroxe mainly reduces the level of TSH and indirectly increases the level of E2 and P in SCH patients through hormone substitution, and can better improve the subclinical hypothyroidism symptoms of patients with early threatened abortion.3.Euthyrox can increase the continuous pregnancy rate of patients with SCH and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcome in patients with hypothyroidism.
