Objective To investigate the expression of inflammatory mediators in the inflammatory response of ischemia-reperfusion lung injury during clinical treatment,to explore the clinical features of inflammatory response in ischemia-reperfusion lung injury,and to explore the inflammatory response of ischemia-reperfusion lung injury in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Inflammatory mediators in the process to improve the therapeutic level of clinically ischemic reperfusion lung injury.Materials and Methods This article used a prospective study and analysis method to collect clinical data of 45 patients with ischemia-reperfusion(including 23 cases of lung injury and 22 cases of no lung injury)admitted to the emergency department of Dalian First Affiliated Hospital from 2017 to 2019.,including gender,age,blood routine,blood gas analysis,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,blood sugar,procalcitonin(PCT),hypersensitive troponin(TnI),D-dimer and etiology,and then detected by ELISA The kits were used to detect MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 in 45 patients,and 20 healthy volunteers were collected from the peripheral blood of 45 patients and analyzed for PCT/MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 and blood.Routine and other clinical data were used as the control group of the study;the degree of inflammatory response of the subjects was divided into three grades according to the PCT expression level(PCT<0.1: normal,no inflammatory response;0.1?PCT?0.5:mild inflammatory response;0.5<PCT;moderate to severe inflammatory response);detection of inflammatory markers such as MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 was quantitatively determined by an ELISA test kit.SPSS 19.0 statistical software wasused for statistical analysis.The mean standard deviation was used to represent the measurement data,and the rate was used to represent the count data.The two groups of sample data that conformed to the normal distribution were analyzed by independent sample t test,and the sample data larger than the two groups were analyzed by variance.Analysis;multiple sets of sample data that do not conform to the normal distribution are statistically analyzed using nonparametric tests.For the unordered sample data,the chi-square test is used for comparative analysis.For the ordered data,the non-parametric test is used for comparative analysis.For the simple linearity of the sample data.Correlation analysis was performed using Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis,and the P < 0.05 sample data was statistically significant.Results 1.In the ischemia-reperfusion group,the white blood cells and neutrophils in the blood routine were elevated,and the inflammatory reaction was observed.The expression levels of PCT and MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 were increased,reflecting the body.Ischemia-reperfusion has specific inflammatory effects and damage to organ tissue.2.In the lung injury group,the inflammatory reaction was more obvious than that in the lung injury-free group,and the expression levels of leukocytes,neutrophils and PCT were further increased.Among the clinical indicators,patients with ischemia-reperfusion lung injury were transaminase,TnI,cholesterol and There was a significant difference between albumin and patients without lung injury.There was no statistical difference in blood glucose,serum potassium,creatinine and D-dimer.3.PCT was positively correlated with MMP-9 level(n=23,r=0.440,P=0.036),and positively correlated with HMGB1 level(n=23,r=0.427,P=0.042),and ANGPTL7.There was no correlation between the levels(P>0.05),and there was a positive correlation between MMP-9 and HMGB1/ANGPTL7 inflammatory mediators,and the correlation ratio of MMP-9/HMGB1(n=23,r=0.893,P<0.01).),MMP-9/ANGPTL7 correlation(n=23,r=0.4,62,P=0.027)is high.4.The correlation between the three inflammatory mediators of MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 and neutrophils is statistically more significant than leukocytes.5.To further analyze thetemporal changes of inflammatory mediators in patients with ischemia-reperfusion lung injury.The absolute value of neutrophils was consistent with the change of MMP-9/ANGPTL7 inflammatory mediators.The statistical results showed obvious time correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion The inflammatory mediators such as MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 are significantly elevated in patients with ischemia-reperfusion lung injury.In the inflammatory response of ischemia-reperfusion lung injury,neutrophils and MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 are obvious.Time correlation;with the decrease of inflammatory cells,the expression levels of inflammatory mediators such as MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 were also down-regulated;MMP-9/HMGB1 was associated with PCT,and MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7 were mutually Relatedly,MMP-9/HMGB1/ANGPTL7/PCT jointly reflected the degree of inflammation of ischemia-reperfusion lung injury.This provides a new direction for the prevention and treatment of ischemia-reperfusion lung injury.
