Effect Of Jianpi Qushi Method On The Expression Of CD25+ And CD127+ Activation Protein In Peripheral Blood CD4+ T Cells Of HIV/AIDS Patients

Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical significance of Jianpi Wet Method on the expression of CD25+and CD127+on CD4+T cells in peripheral blood of HIV/AIDS patients.Methods:A total of 110 HIV/AIDS patients were selected from the care center of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to July 2018.According to random data,they were divided into two groups,55 cases in each group and 19 cases in accordance with the standard of abscission,including 14cases in the Chinese and Western medicine group and 5 cases in the HAART group.Finally,a total of 91 patients were enrolled,including 41cases in the Chinese and Western medicine group and 50 cases in the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine combined with HAART group was given Shenling Fuzheng Capsule and HAART medicine composed of Jianpi Qushi Fang,while the control group was given HAART medicine in 50 cases.The expression of CD4+CD25+,CD4+CD127+in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry.The symptom score,Kalovsky score,the number of colds per month and the change of body weight were taken as observation indexes.The self-made prescription for invigorating spleen and dispelling dampness was evaluated by comparing the results of Chinese and Western medicine group with those of HAART group.Therapeutic effect on HIV-infected persons in asymptomatic stage of AIDS.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in general baseline data such as sex,age,route of transmission,course of disease,nationality,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4+CD127+,CD4+CD25+between the two groups before treatment.(2)After treatment,CD4+T cell counts of HIV infected subjects in HAART group and Chinese and Western medicine group were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison between the two groups,the CD4+T cell count of HIV-infected subjects in HAART group before treatment was lower than that in Chinese and Western medicine group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD4+T cell count of HIV-infected subjects in HAART group was still lower than that in traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,CD8+T cell counts of HIV infected subjects in HAART group and Chinese and Western medicine group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison between the two groups,the CD8+T cell count of HIV-infected subjects in HAART group before treatment was higher than that in Chinese and Western medicine group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,CD8+T cell counts of HIV infected subjects in HAART group were still higher than those in Chinese and Western medicine group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)The ratio of CD4+CD25+and CD4+CD127+of HIV-infected subjects in HAART group and Chinese and Western medicine group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison between the two groups,the ratio of CD4+CD25+and CD4+CD127+of HIV infected subjects in HAART group before treatment was lower than that in Chinese and Western medicine group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD4+CD25+ratio of HIV infected subjects in HAART group was higher than that in Chinese and Western medicine group,while the CD4+CD127+ratio was lower than that in Chinese and Western medicine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)After 6 months of treatment,36 cases were effective,4 cases were stable and 1 case was ineffective in the Chinese and Western medicine group,31 cases were effective,15 cases were stable and 4 cases were ineffective in the HAART group.The scores of symptoms and signs in the Chinese and Western medicine group were better than those in the HAART group,and the difference was statistically significant(x~2=8.776,p=0.012).(6)After 6 months of treatment,34 cases were effective,5 cases were stable and 2 cases were ineffective in the Chinese and Western medicine group,28 cases were effective,17 cases were stable and 5 cases were ineffective in the HAART group.The Kalovsky score in the Chinese and Western medicine group was better than that in the HAART group,and the difference was statistically significant(x~2=7.596,P=0.022).(7)There was no difference in the number of colds per month between the two groups before treatment.The number of colds per month in the Chinese and Western medicine group was 0.72(+0.49)and that in the HAART group was 1.28(+0.54)six months after treatment.The number of colds in the Chinese and Western medicine group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x~2=5.129,P<0.001).(8)The weight gain of the two groups after 6 months of treatment was 33 cases,5 cases of stable weight,3 cases of weight loss,28 cases of weight gain in HAART group,18 cases of stable weight,4 cases of weight loss.The weight loss of the Chinese and Western medicine group was better than that of the HAART group,and the difference was statistically significant.(9)Before treatment,there were no differences in WBC,RBC,HGB and PLT in blood routine,TBIL,ALT,AST,ALP and GGT in liver function,BUN,Cr and UA in kidney function between Chinese and Western medicine group and HAART group;the above results were all significant(p>0.05);there were no differences in blood routine,liver function and renal function safety indexes between the two groups before admission.Significance,this shows that there is no significant difference in safety between the two groups in the course of treatment.There is no difference in safety between Jianpi Qushi method and HAART alone in the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients.Jianpi Qushi method has good safety and is worth affirming.Conclusion:Through the observation of clinical and laboratory indicators for 6 months,evaluation and analysis,data processing and so on,the current research on the treatment of AIDS with traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on the following aspects:1.Shenling Fuzheng Capsule combined with HAART can increase the CD4+T lymphocyte count of HIV/AIDS patients,reduce the CD8+T lymphocyte count,and increase the ratio of CD4+CD25+to CD4+CD127+to a certain extent.It can protect and enhance the immune function of the body.2.Shenling Fuzheng Capsule combined with HAART can improve the symptoms and signs of HIV/AIDS patients and Kalovsky score.3.Shenling Fuzheng Capsule combined with HAART in the treatment of HIV/AIDS has no obvious side effects.
