Clinical Observation On The Treatmentment Of Carotid Artery Plaque(the Deficientcy And Dampness Of Spleen) With Spleen-invigorating Dampness And Turbid-removing Formula

Objectives This study aims to observe the clinical effect of Spleen-invigorating dampness and turbid-removing formula on carotid plaque of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type.To provide new and treatment methods for clinical treatment of carotid plaque.Methods In this study,80 patients metting the standard were randomly divided into the treatment group(Spleen-invigorating dampness and turbid-removing formula)and control group(Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets).The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The treatment methods of the two groups before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment were observed and recorded including the TCM symptom scores,IMT value,and the score of TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C level in blood.Overall therapeutic effect evaluation.Statistical analysis were carried out by SPSS22.0.Results 1 There were no off case in the treatment group,and a total of 40 cases completed clinical observation.One case in the control group fall off due to sudden myocardial infarction converted to hospitalization.Finally,a total of 79 patients completed clinical observation.2 The difference at same time point was statistically significant between the two groups in TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05).Similarly,the intra-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 IMT values of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed before and after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment.The difference at same time point was no statistically significant(P>0.05)between the two groups.Conversely,the intra-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 The difference at same time point in TC,LDL-C items of blood lipid between the two groups showed significantly(P<0.05).However,the difference at same time point was no statistically significant in the blood lipid of TG,HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).The intra-group comparison of TC,TG,and LDL-C in blood lipid showed significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of HDL-C in lipid(P>0.05).These results demonstrated that both Spleen-invigorating dampness and turbid-removing formula and Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets could reduce the level of TC,TG,and LDL-C.5 There was statistically significant in the aspect of improving the clinical curative effect effective rate of TCM syndrome integral(P<0.05).6 No significant in the clinical effective rate of the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).7 In terms of security.No clinical adverse events occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusions In terms of overall clinical efficacy.Self-made Spleen-invigorating dampness and turbid-removing formula and Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets are both effective in the treatment of carotid plaque with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction;2 Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome integral between the two groups after treatment.There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Simultaneously,there were significant differences in the intergroup comparison(P<0.05).This showed that the therapeutic group is better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.3 Clinical research results showed that self-made Spleen-invigorating dampness and turbid-removing formula could reduce IMT value of patients.In addition,self-made Spleen-invigorating dampness and turbid-removing formula also had a satisfying lipidregulating effect,that could reduce the value of TC,TG,and LDL-C in blood.Figure0;Table16;Reference 119...
