| Object:In the clinical situation of Acupoint Sticking Therapy for asthma,the lack of the feedback route for dermatitis and recurrence,the time-consuming and the difficult to ensure the quality of follow-up,the normalization of Acupoint Sticking Therapy and the difficult of health education for too many patients,etc.Using the advantages of the WeChat Public Platform,like:the wide audience,easy operation,picture text and other forms of two-way communication.Constructing the Asthma Chronic Disease Management System by Acupoint Sticking Therapy based on WeChat Public Platform and exploring:1.The advantages of the data collection in dermatitis,recurrence and follow-up of the chronic disease management system;2.The advantage of the intervention in asthma control and psychological state for patients in the chronic disease management system through interventions such as standardized treatment,two-way communication and health education.Methods:This study preliminarily established a Asthma Chronic Disease Management System by Acupoint Sticking Therapy based on WeChat Public Platform.Sixty patients with asthma remission period who were treated with Acupoint Sticking Therapy in our hospital from June to August 2018 were selected.According to the randomized controlled trial,they were divided into the traditional paper group 30 cases and the chronic disease management group 30 cases.The traditional paper group contained Acupoint Sticking Therapy+?paper medical record;?medical staff group management;?record the last treatment situation at each treatment;?monthly telephone follow-up after treatment completion;?purchase public telephone,allow patients to communicate in fixed time.The chronic disease management group contained Acupoint Sticking Therapy+?chronic disease management system record;?set the patient's personal account number and password;?teach the patients to use the system expertly;?set the patient's personal calendar for Acupoint Sticking Therapy,the system reminds the patient to treat in time,standardizes the treatment plan;?provide patient feedback dermatitis situation platform,medical staff backstage management and timely communication;?rovide patients with feedback on the recurrence of disease situation,medical staff backstage management and timely communication;?provide patients with monthly independent follow-up platform;?regularly issue traditional Chinese medicine,asthma and other health education by graphs and videos.The Acupoint Sticking Therapy is applied once every 5-7 days,6-8 hours each time,and a total of 6 times.Compared the number of timely feedback of dermatitis and the completeness of photo information collection differences during the Acupoint Sticking Therapy;the number of timely feedback of patients with recurrence and the completeness of medication information collection and the time-consuming of follow-up differences within 6 months after Acupoint Sticking Therapy;Compared the asthma control test scale(ACT)and the psychological status and concerns about self-health in the adult asthma quality of life scale(AQLQ),before the treatment,at the end of treatment,3 months after the treatment,6 months after the treatment.Results:1.A total of 54 patients during the study were completed,including 26 in the the traditional paper group and 28 in the chronic disease management group.2.The two groups of patients in this study were comparable in terms of gender and age(P>0.05).The ACT scores and the scores of psychological status and concerns about self-health in AQLQ scale in two groups before the treatment were comparable(P>0.05).3.?The feedback of dermatitis in the two groups:during the treatment of Acupoint Sticking Therapy,the number of timely feedback of the chronic disease management group was significantly higher than that of the traditional paper group(P<0.05);the completeness of photo information collection of the chronic disease management group was higher than that of the traditional paper group(P<0.05);The feedback of recurrence in the two groups:within 6 months after Acupoint Sticking Therapy,the number of timely feedback in the chronic disease management group was significantly higher than that in the traditional paper group(P<0.05).the completeness of medication information collection was higher than that of the traditional paper group(P<0.05);the time-consuming of follow-up was compared between the two groups:the third month and the sixth month after Acupoint Sticking Therapy,the time-consuming of follow-up in the chronic disease management group was significantly less than that in the traditional paper group(P<0.05).?In the two groups,at the end of the treatment,3 months and 6 months after the treatment,the ACT scores and the scores of psychological status and concerns about self-health in AQLQ scale were compared with those before treatment.Both the traditional paper group and the chronic disease management group were improved(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ACT scores between the two groups at the end of treatment,3 months and 6 months after the treatment(P>0.05);the scores of psychological status and concerns about self-health in AQLQ scale in the two groups were not significantly different at the end of treatment(P>0.05),but 3 months and 6 months after the treatment,the chronic disease management group was higher than the traditional paper group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Asthma Chronic Disease Management System by Acupoint Sticking Therapy based on WeChat Public Platform has obvious advantages in the timely feedback of dermatitis,the completeness of photo information collection,timely feedback of recurrence,the completeness of medication information collection and the reduction of time-consuming on follow-up for patients with asthma remission;2.Asthma Chronic Disease Management System by Acupoint Sticking Therapy based on WeChat Public Platform can improve the psychological status and concerns about their health at the third and sixth months after the end of treatment in patients with asthma remission,but has no obvious effect in impro ving asthma control. |
