Demonstration Study On The Management Model Of Chronic Kidney Disease In Children And Purpuric Nephritis

Purpose:Based on the 2015 National Scientific Research Specific of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Industry,the management mode of chronic renal disease in children was established to provide early management,whole course management and lifelong management for children with chronic kidney disease(CKD),in order to reduce the recurrence rate and the probability of end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Taking Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)as an example to explore and improve the management mode of chronic renal disease with the characteristics of TCM in order to provide the basis for the establishment of the whole course management of chronic renal disease.Liaoning Hospital of TCM Method:Based on the multi-center data collection and management system developed by the Information Department of affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM,the management system for children with chronic renal disease was established.And perfect the chronic disease management system in the application.The results of chronic disease management were analyzed in the early stage of the management system of HSPN children,as a feedback to the specific application of chronic disease management system in the management of children with HSPN.Results: 1.The chronic disease management system based on case entry module,physical and chemical examination module,TCM module,doctor's order module and patient module is established.2.The chronic management system for children with HSPN was established.Through the analysis of the early 30 cases of HSPN children included in the CKD management system,the results show that the system is feasible in the long-range management of the HSPN children.3.By integrating the WeChat public platform into the follow-up management of the HSPN,the chronic disease management system of children's kidney disease is improved.Conclusion: 1.The management system of CKD in children has realized the management mode of chronic renal disease in five aspects: the management of disease data,the management of physical and chemical examination,the characteristic management of TCM,the management of treatment and medication,and the management of follow-up.2.The long-term management of CKD in children with HSPN is feasible.3.Based on its huge user base,WeChat has more advantages in the management of the follow-up period of children with chronic diseases,which can make up for the limitations of the chronic disease system in doctor-patient communication and follow-up,and provides favorable conditions for the long-term management of children with CKD.At the same time,the system of Chronic kidney disease of children management can be improved.
