The Clinical Study Of Pulian Chuyou Decoction Combined With Omeprazole In Eradicating Helicobacter Pylori Infection Of Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Type

Research backgroundHelicobacter pylori(Hp)was first discovered in 1983 by two Australian scholars,Marshall and Warren,who won the 2005 Nobel Prize in Medicine.Helicobacter pylori infection has been proved to be closely related to chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and gastric cancer,and even to many diseases of the parenteral system.In 1994,the World Health Organization classified Helicobacter pylori as a class I carcinogen.Relevant studies have shown that eradication of Hp can effectively cure or alleviate Hp-related diseases and delay the development of Hp to cancer.The number of people infected with Hp in the global population has reached more than half.The eradication of Hp is a problem that attracts more attention from scholars at home and abroad.At present,the mainstream clinical program is still triple and quadruple eradication therapy dominated by antibiotics.However,it gradually exposes a series of drawbacks,such as rising drug resistance rate,more adverse reactions and poor patient cormpliance.The treatment of Hp eradication has gradually become a hot topic in clinical research.Research objectiveBy using Pulian Chuyou Decoction and Omeprazole to eradicate Hp in patients with positive Hp infection of damp-heat type of spleen and stomach,and randomly compared with standard quadruple eradication therapy of Western medicine,the eradication rate of Hp and the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients were observed,in order to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pulian Chuyou Decoction,and to provide reference basis for the selection of clinical methods for Hp eradication.Research methodIn this study,from April 2018 to February 2019,the Hp-positive patients diagnosed as erosive gastritis in the outpatient and in-patient department of spleen,stomach,liver and gallbladder of Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were studied.A total of 80 patients who met the research criteria were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The treatment group was treated with Pulian Chuyou Decoction combined with omeprazole,while the control group was treated with quadruple eradication therapy.The course of treatment was 14 weeks.The two groups were reexamined 4-8 weeks after drug withdrawal,and the curative effect was observed.Research findings1.The eradication rate of Hp in the treatment group was 44.74%,while that in the control group was 64.10%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the eradication rate of Hp after testing P>0.05.2.Comparing the curative effect of TCM syndromes:The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 97.36%and 71.79%,respectively.The effective rates of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had better curative effect in improving clinical symptoms than the control group.3.Comparison of curative effect of single syndromes:Comparing and analyzing the effective rate of two groups of single syndromes,it was found that the treatment group had better curative effect on main symptoms such as stuffy eating,heavy headache,dry mouth and bitter mouth,as well as symptoms such as body heat,thirst and less drink,nausea and nausea,and more dreaming.The difference was significant after?2 test(p<0.05).Statistical significance.4.Adverse reactions:There was a case of adverse reactions from the control group,accounting for 2.56%of the control group.The two groups were detected by Fisher's accurate probability method,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Research conclusionPulian Chuyou Decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat type of Hp infection has the same effect as quadruple eradication therapy in the eradication rate of Hp;in alleviating clinical symptoms,whether the overall symptoms or single symptoms,both have better efficacy and more significant advantages.
