Study On The Compatibility Of Prescriptions For Soothing Liver And Nourishing Blood In The Treatment Of Psychosomatic Skin Diseases

Objective:Collecting and arranging Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)prescription of soothing liver and nourishing blood for the treatment of psychosomatic skin diseases(take alopecia areata,psoriasis,chloasma,eczema,urticaria as examples)in ancient and modern times and established related databases.Data mining was carried out,and according to the data analysis results,the law of compatibility of prescriptions for soothing liver and nourishing blood therapy for psychosomatic skin diseases was revealed,and provide some theoretical support for TCM clinic,research and development of new drugs and scientific research of psychosomatic skin diseases.Method:We established a prescription database for the treatment of psychosomatic skin diseases by By using the method of literature research,database and software technology together.Collect the prescriptions of soothing liver and nourishing blood for the treatment of psychosomatic skin diseases from Daquan of TCM Skin Beauty Prescriptions,Contemporary TCM Dermatology Clinical Family Series and China CNKI was collected in recent 20years' periodical papers.And using Excel to build database.The relevant data of frequency and compatibility of drugs of the prescriptions were analyzed by using the software of Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5),explored its composition and compatibility rules,and discussed on its composition and compatibility rules in theoretical.Result:A total of 416 prescriptions and 263 herbs were collected through screening.The total frequency of use was 5328 times.From the application of specific drugs,the frequency of use of Angelica,Angelica,Bupleurum,Licorice,Chuanxiong,Atractylodes,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma,Robinia,Salvia,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Polygonum,Radix Astragali,Radix Scutellariae,and Peony More than 100 times,it is a high-frequency single-dose herb for the treatment of psychosomatic skin diseases.From the perspective of herb categories,blood tonic drugs and Liver-soothing and Qi-Regulating drugs are the core medicines in the prescription of Liver-soothing and blood-nourishing therapy for psychosomatic skin diseases.Invigorating deficiency,eliminating exterior,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat,calming liver and soothing wind,diuresis and dampness are the main medicines in the treatment of psychosomatic skin diseases by soothing liver and nourishing blood.From the perspective of compatibility with herbs,"Angelica sinensis-Bupleurum chinense" ? "Angelica sinensis-Paeonia lactiflora" ? "Licorice-Angelica sinensis" ? "Ligusticum chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis" ? "Radix Paeoniae Alba-Bupleurum" ? "Licorice-Paeonia lactiflora" ? "Licorice-Bupleurum chinense" ? "Atractylodes macrocephala-Angelica sinensis" ? "Angelica sinensis-Paeonia lactiflora-Bupleurum chinense" ? "Licorice-Angelica sinensis-Bupleurum chinense" ? "Licorice-Angelica sinensis-Paeonia lactiflora" ? "Rehmannia glutinosa-Angelica sinensis" ? "Angelica sinensis-Poria cocos" ? "Atractylodes macrocephala-Bupleurum chinense" ? "Atractylodes macrocephala-Angelica sinensis-Bupleurum chinense" ? "Bupleurum-Poria cocos" ? "Angelica sinensis-Bupleurum chinense-Poria cocos" ? "Atractylodes macrocephala-Paeonia lactiflora" ? "Ligusticum chuanxiong-Paeonia lactiflora" ? "Angelica sinensis-Tribulus terrestris" are high-frequency combination of herbs for soothing liver and nourishing blood in the treatment of psychosomatic skin diseases.Conclusion: The method of soothing liver and nourishing blood is a common treatment for psychosomatic skin diseases.The compatibility of blood-tonifying drugs and Liver-soothing and Qi-Regulating herbs is the basic structure of the Liver-soothing and blood-nourishing therapy for psychosomatic skin diseases.Qi-tonifying herbs,Yin-tonifying herbs,surface-relieving herbs,blood-activating and stasis-removing herbs,heat-clearing herbs,Liver-Calming and wind-soothing herbs,and water-diffusing and dampness-regulating herbs are commonly used herbs for the treatment of psychosomatic skin diseases by soothing liver and nourishing blood.
