Clinical Study On Prevention And Treatment Of Readhesion After TCRA By Regulating Kidney And Dredging Collaterals Based On Collaterals Theory

Objective:Under the guidance of teacher’s thought of "hechang" and collaterals theor y,regulating kidney and dredging collaterals as the treatment method,Through c omparative analysis of the curative effect of Tiaoshen Tongluo ChangMo prescr iption combined with estrogen and progestogen sequential method and single us e of estrogen and progestogen sequential method,to observe and study the clin ical effect of Tiaoshen Tongluo changMo on preventing and treating readhesion of uterine cavity adhesion after operation.Methods:50 cases of IUA that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(Combined drug group)30 cases and control group(Single drug group)20 cases according to the different drug regimen after TCRA.The patients were observed and treated for at least 3 months.The menstrual condition,TCM syndrome,hysteroscopy and the parameters of B-ultrasound were compared and analyzed in order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the drugs in the two groups.Results:1.Improvement of TCM symptoms:The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After 1,2,3 treatment cycles,the TCM syndrome score was improved compared with the previous 1 cycle(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).there was no significant difference in menstrual time(P > 0.05),while there was significant difference in menstrual volume and color and quality of menstruation(P <0.05).2.Changes of intrauterine adhesion score:After treatment,the score and the difference of score were improved(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.B ultrasonic parameter comparison:The intimal thickness after treatment and the difference of intimal thickness before and after treatment were all improved(P <0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,RI and Pi decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).4.The safety index was not abnormal.Conclusion:1.Based on collaterals theory,Tiaoshen Tongluo Changmo combined with estrogen and progesterone sequentially may be able to better improve the symptoms of TCM,improve menstrual volume,color and quality of menstruation,and may be able to better improve the state of endometrium.2.The prescription has positive clinical effect,no obvious adverse reaction and toxic side effect.。3.Through the combination of TCM and western medicine,complementary advantages,the method of regulating kidney and dredging collaterals based on collateral theory is worthy of more exploration in the treatment and treatment of readhesion.
