Objective: To investigate the effect of intestinal micro flora changes on obesity in Xinjiang Kazak children,by studying the difference of smallmolecule metabolites in urine of humanized mouse model of intestinal flora. Methods: 12 model mice inoculated with faecal bacteria suspensions of obese Kazak children were treated with nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(1HNMR)method.The urine of 12 normal Kazakh children inoculated with faecal bacteria suspension by stomach and 6 normal mice with the same dose of normal saline were detected by urine test, and the 1HNMR map was obtained. The data were obtained by SIMCA-P 11 software.Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis are carried out.The different metabolites in urine were screened out. Results: There were significant differences in various metabolites of urine in each group: 1)compared with the normal group, the urine of the model group contained valine, alanine, tyrosine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, isobutyric acid, acetamide, acetone. The levels of ascorbic acid, guanidine acetic acid, creatinine and ?-hydroxybutyric acid were significantly down-regulated(P<0.05).2)compared with the control group, the normal butyric acid and?-hydroxyisobutyric acid in the urine of the model group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Glycoprotein creatine The contents of blood acid, methylnicotinic acid and tryptophan were significantly up-regulated(P < 0.05).Conclusion 1.There were some differences in intestinal flora between obese and normal children in Kazak nationality.Intestinal flora plays an important role in the formation of obesity in Kazak children by affecting various metabolic pathways.
