| Objective:To explore the short-term effect of 3D printing individualized osteotomy mold used in total knee arthroplasty.Methods:From October 2016 to June 2018,Forty-two patients who diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty-one patients used the3 D printing individualized osteotomy mold in TKA(mold group).Another Twenty-one patients underwent routine TKA(conventional group).Compare the operation time、the volume of postoperative drainage and the femorotibial angle(FTA)after operation between the two groups.Compare the range of knee motion(ROM)、the hospital for special surgery(HSS)knee score、the American knee society(KSS)clinical knee score and the American knee society(KSS)functional knee score at 3 months and 6 months after operation between the two groups.Results:Forty-two patients were followed up for at least 6 months.During the follow-up period,all patients had satisfactory knee motion,all patients were able to move well on the ground and no obvious muscle atrophy was found in the affected limbs.Compared with the conventional group,the operation time of the mold group was shorter,the postoperative drainage volume was less and the range of knee motion was greater at 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05);But,there was no significant difference in HSS knee score、KSS clinical knee score and KSS functional knee score at 3 months and 6 months after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in femorotibial angle after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Using the 3D osteotomy mold for osteotomy during TKA is more accurate.After the osteotomy,the prosthesis was better attached to the femoral side and the tibial side.Less bleeding during operation and less drainage after operation.The recovery of lower limb force line angle and the range of knee motion is more satisfactory.At the same time,it can shorten the operation time and reduce the trauma.It can be successfully applied in the total knee arthroplasty,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
