Clinical Efficacy Study Of Rougan Huaxian Decoction In Treating Ascites In Patients With Liver Cirrhosis With Hepatitis B With Syndrome Of Hepatic And Renal Yin Deficiency Fluid Stop

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Rougan Huaxian Decoction in treating ascites of in patients with liver cirrhosis with hepatitis B with syndrome of Hepatic and renal yin deficiency fluid stop.To provides theoretical and clinical evidence for the treatment of ascites in patients with liver cirrhosis with hepatitis B.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 ascites of in patients with liver cirrhosis with hepatitis B with syndrome of Hepatic and renal yin deficiency fluid stop were included.Using randomization method,to divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Rougan Huaxian Decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine alone.The average 24 h urine volume,body weight,abdominal circumference,symptoms,signs,liver function of the patient were compared every 2 weeks.RAAS and ascites levels were measured before and after treatment,and the curative effect was analyzed.The safety of medication was assessed by observing the underlying vital signs(pulse,respiration,blood pressure,body temperature).After treatment,blood routine,stool routine,urine routine,renal function,and electrocardiogram were reviewed.The subjects were followed up for 3 months and the recurrence rate was recorded.Results:A total of 60 patients,30 in the treatment group,30 in the observation group were accepted final assessment.(1)Symptom score comparison:After 4 weeks of treatment,the complexion was dim,and the two groups did not relieve much after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The bleeding of the gums was relieved after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of symptoms and effects:The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(3)generally:The abdominal circumference of the treatment group,the average 24-hour urine volume per week,and the body weight were significantly improved compared with the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of liver function:The liver function levels of both groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).(5)B-ultrasound situation:The ascites levels were improved in both groups.The difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(6)RAAS situation:Compare the decline of RAAS before and after treatment,The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(7)Recurrence:After 3 months of follow-up,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.The recurrence rate was 15.38% in the treatment group and 36% in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rougan Huaxian Decoction combined with western medicine for treatment of ascites in patients with liver cirrhosis with hepatitis B with syndrome of Hepatic and renal yin deficiency fluid stop is superior to western medicine alone in the case of ascites subsiding,relieving clinical symptoms,reducing RAAS activity and ascites recurrence rate,and it safety.
