Curative Effect Observation Of Tianpao Xiexin Decoction Combined With Prednisone Acetate Tablets In The Treatment Of Pemphigus Vulgaris

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tianpao Xiexin Decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of patients with pemphigus vulgaris who have heart fire and spleen dampness.Methods: 60 patients with pemphigus vulgaris who went to the dermatology outpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to December 2018 and met the inclusion criteria were selected,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Tianpao Xiexin Decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets for oral administration,while the control group was treated with orally taken prednisone acetate tablets alone.One month was taken as a course of treatment,and there were totally two courses.Observations and records were made for pemphigus disease area index(PDAI),hormone(prednisone acetate tablets)control dose and DLQI scores as well as their associated complications,adverse reactions before and after treatment.All these were statistically processed and evaluated for clinical efficacy.Results: The observation group and the control group shared the same baseline.After 2 months of treatment with different regimens:(1)The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.86% and 75.86%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).In this case,the observation group outweighed the control group.(2)The PDAI scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and they were both decreased(P< 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The PDAI scores after the treatment were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of skin lesions was better in the observation group than in the control group.(3)Compared with the hormone control doses of the two groups after treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the hormone control dose of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group.(4)The DLQI scores before and after treatment were compared between the observation group and the control group,and they were both decreased(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The DLQI scores after the treatment were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of life quality was better in the observation group than in the control group.(5)The relative complications of the two groups during the treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group had fewer complications than the control group.The adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group was relatively safer than the control group.The complications and adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups of patients did not affect this clinical observation.Conclusions: 1.Tianpao Xiexin Decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets can reduce the skin lesion area of patients with pemphigus vulgaris(heart fire and spleen dampness syndrome),and can significantly improve patients' condition as well as living quality.2.Tianpao Xiexin Decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris(heart fire and spleen dampness syndrome)has fewer hormone control doses than the hormone alone group.3.Tianpao Xiexin Decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris(heart fire and spleen dampness syndrome)has fewer complications and adverse reactions than the hormone alone group during the process;the observation group is relatively safer.
