Experience In Succession Of Medication Law In Treating Threatened Abortion Of Menghe Medical School Based On Data Mining

PurposeThe medical cases of Menghe Medical School in treating threatened abortion were collected,and the application of data mining technology was used to dig out the medication law of menghe medical school in related diseases,so as to provide reference for the future clinical and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine.Objects and methods Researchobjects:(1)All the materials of the menghe medical school are derived from the medical cases of drug use information for threatened abortion collected and clearly recorded in the works of Ding Ganren,Fei Boxiong,Ma Peizhi,Chao Chongshan and their successors of the main representatives of the Menghe Medical Mchool.(2)In the outpatient department of my tutor Li Shuping,the patients with threatened abortion who came to see the doctor were clearly those who simply used traditional Chinese medicine for recuperation,as recorded medical cases.Methods:(1)Selection of medical records:diagnostic criteria for relevant medical records:refer to the textbook of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine(2nd edition)published by people’s medical publishing house.(2)Data entry:decompose and transform the descriptive information of the original Chinese medicine literature into data units that can be processed by the computer,so as to make them standardized,accurate and orderly and realize the correct expression and reasonable organization of data.Sorted out relevant medical cases,classified them,established relevant databases,and input the fields in the medical cases,including physician,name of disease and traditional Chinese medicine,one by one.(3)The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform(ver.2.5)was used to analyze the association rules,and the association rules method was used to analyze the association between the drugs in the case of Menghe Medical School and Li Shuping,the tutor,to explore the compatibility rules between their diseases and drugs.ResultThe top five drugs commonly used in the treatment of fetal leakage and disturbance of fetal movement by Menghe Medical School were atractylodes macrocephala,angelica sinensis,radix paeoniae alba,radix scutellariae baicalensis and poria cocos.There were 5 pairs of compatible drugs with a confidence of 1 in the rule of group prescription,and 4 groups of new prescriptions of Menghe Medical School were obtained through cluster analysis.The top 5 drugs with the highest frequency of routine drugs used by Li Shuping in the treatment of preterm abortion were dipsacus,Fried paeonia lactiflora,yam,parasitism of mulberry and scutellaria baicalensis.A total of 37 pairs of compatibility drugs with a confidence degree of 1 were used in the combination rule.ConclusionProfessor Li Shuping inherited the concept of regulating liver and spleen of Menghe Medical School,and the commonly used fetal-soothing drugs of paeoniae alba and scutellaria are consistent with the high-frequency drugs of Menghe Medical School.The combination of the two drugs with high confidence is mainly to supplement liver and spleen.In the new formula obtained by cluster analysis,professor Li Shuping not only has the new formula of invigorating spleen,invigorating qi and nourishing liver and kidney,but also has the formula of clearing the heart and soothing the fetus in accordance with the prevailing etiology for the patients with fetal leakage and restless fetus with high incidence of "blood heat syndrome".
