Objective:Excavate and analyse the special experience of four medical families from MengHe medical sect and Shen Chunti,the descendant of Menghe medical school of the Feishi,for treating phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of lung disease,via Software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),summarize their composition rules,explore their special theories,enlarge the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung disease phlegm stagnation syndrome,improve the clinical effect of Chinese medicine treatment.Method:Take the medical records of syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in lung disease from four medical families from MengHe medical sect and Pro.Shen as the research objects of analysis,next standardize the medical records,then input these data entry to the TCMISS,via the software analysis function,and the modern data mining methods such as association principle analysis,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering,etc.excavate the common drugs,couplet medicines and new prescriptions by themselves.Then combine with the theoretical knowledge of Chinese Medicine,analyse their medication experience and prescription-formulating principles.Result:1.Summing-up for the Characteristics of four medical families from MengHe medical sectThere are 146 kinds of Chinese medicine involved in these 55 prescriptions,Commonly used drugs are almond,poria,achyranthes bidentata,pinellia,angelica,exocarpium citrirubrum and salvia.The mainly properties are Sweet,bitter and warm,hot,salty,sour and astringent drugs are rarely used.They primarily go through to the lung channel,spleen,liver,heart,stomach,kidney channels were also involved.The types mainly concentrate on the expectorant cough and asthma drugs,tonic drugs,blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs,drugs for regulating Qi flow,diuretics for eliminating dampness.Via the analysis of drug combination model and association rules,expectorant drugs mostly match blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs,drugs for regulating Qi flow,tonic drugs,drugs for invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness,etc.Moreover,11 unverified new prescriptions are got based on entropy clustering analysis.They are characterized by treating both phlegm and blood stasis,besides,dissolving phlegm is the mainly therapy,regulating the balance of body Qi and blood,Yin and Yang,giving consideration to Lung,spleen,liver and kidney,and puting particular emphasis on tonifying spleen2.Summing-up for the Characteristics of Pro.ShenThere are 87 kinds of Chinese medicine involved in these 141 prescriptions.It shows that almond,ephedra,fritillary,pinellia,sunburn aster,mulberry bark,loquat leaf,Radix Scutellariae,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix Peucedani are commonly used.The main drug properties are warm and cold,warm drugs are in the majority.Most drugs are bitter,sour,salty,light and astringent drugs are rarely used.Drugs primarily go through to the lung channel,liver,spleen,heart,large intestine,stomach channels were also involved.The types mainly concentrate on the expectorant cough and asthma drugs,blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs.Via the analysis of drug combination model and association rules,expectorant drugs match blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,heat-clearing drugs,etc.Furthermore,4 unverified new prescriptions are got based on entropy clustering analysis.They are characterized by treating both phlegm and blood stasis,besides,dissolving phlegm is the mainly therapy,giving consideration to lung,spleen,liver and kidney.Conclution:Guided by the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,analyse the prescription data mining results,sum up the treatment rules of four medical families from MengHe medical sect and Pro.Shen,for treating sputum and blood stasis obstructing lung pattern?Four medical families from MengHe medical sect make flexible use of Chinese medical classics,with the medicine feature of mellow positive and relaxation,treating both phlegm and blood stasis,besides,dissolving phlegm is the mainly therapy,harmonizing stomach and spleen,nourishing Yin.Pro.Shen inherit the achievements of predecessors,via the help of modern medicine and pharmacology,combine with the current environment and changes in the body constitution,attach importance to the treatment of kidney,combine of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy,treating internal and external,strengthen body resistance and relieving exterior syndrome,assist with clearing heat,enrich the connotation of the diagnosis and treatment for this disease.
