Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of jas brace and CPM combined with Chinese herbal immersion in the treatment of early elbow stifffness after trauma compared with jas brace and CPM alone.To evaluate the efficacy of jas brace and CPM combined with traditional Chinese medicine infusion from the efficacy index.Through the research and summary of clinical practice,study the mechanism of manipulative therapy,establish the diagnosis and treatment norms of early elbow stiffness after trauma,formulate the treatment process of early elbow stiffness after trauma,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods In this project,a randomized,controlled study was used to classify 60 eligible patients with elbow joint stiffness.In the treatment group and the control group,the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 in each group.The treatment group was first washed with traditional Chinese medicine and then compared with the control.The group performed joint exercises of the JAS brace and CPM machine together and then performed cold therapy.Above treatment 2 times a day.Observed in the treatment:patients with pain scores,swelling index with elbow,elbow range of motion,treatment 1,2,3 weeksFollow-up of X-rays in the follow-up of 1 and 3 months,and HSS score of the elbow joint at the 3rd month after treatment.Results Passive range of motion in 60 patients after first weeks of treatment of elbow joint increase was statistically significant(18.23±7.21,14.53±6.04,t=2.154,P=0.035)there was no significant difference in second weeks(15.63±5.98,13.83±5.14,t=1.249,P=0.217),third weeks of elbow joint passive movement of the range increased with significant differences(16.000±6.88,11.20±4.24,t=3.254,P=0.001).After treatment,the elbow swelling index was compared in the third week after treatment.The treatment group was(69.83 ± 11.41),and the treatment group was(63.07 ±12.95),t=2.169,P =0.034,and there was a statistical difference.The pain VAS score in the treatment group and the control group were controlled at 3 points.The treatment was followed up for 1,2,3 weeks and 1th,3th month.X-ray observation showed that there was no re fracture,Myositis ossificans and break of internal fixation.After 3 months treatment,follow-up elbow joint activity,elbow joint function evaluation(HSS score)treatment group score(89.18±3.35),control group(87.18±3.58),t=3.158,P=0.002 had significant difference.During treatment,we observed 3 patients with the same therapist's treatment time,treatment group were treated at the same time,one hour can be treated three patients with the sametime,and the observation group takes 2 hours to complete the three patients.Conclusion This rehabilitation therapy is effective in the treatment of early elbow joint stiffness after trauma,which can reduce the disability rate of elbow stiffness,increase the safety and simplicity of the medical treatment,and achieve better social effects.
